Taken away one star because I think the quality of the beef is not up to par, given that this is a beef noodle house.

I ordered a beef soup dumpling, which turned out to be pork and cabbage. The explanation is that the soup is beef broth. So strange.
The beef noodles are still great

Noodle soups are good, but wouldn't recommend their dry noodles.
Food is decent. I am ok with it. Probably not coming again

The food here is a joke. Noodle soup tastes like something made from hotpot condiments.

The noodle soup is full of flavor. Not one of the best but the best Taiwan beef noodle I have had in the US.
On a cool November night, saw this locally and decided to try it out. In the braised beef soup, strong aromatics of Chinese 5 spice let's you know this is not "American soup". Beef was tender, flavorfull, 2 pieces of baby bok choy, with the hand pulled noodles was so damm good. Chicken wonton soup was delicious as well, the wontons were gingery, tiny bit spicy more pepper vs hot. I will definitely go back!

Upon entering the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was an unpleasant restroom smell, and unfortunately, almost every seat has a direct view of the restroom entrance. A simple curtain (even a partial one) could significantly improve the dining experience.
It was my first visit, and I was disappointed by the service:
We were served a dish we didn’t order.
My order (chicken leg with hand-pulled noodles, which was delicious) took 30 minutes to arrive.
The xiaolongbao arrived in 35 minutes, but lacked soup. The waiter even asked if it was our order, suggesting it had been sitting out too long and dried out.
I ordered hot tea (not on the menu), which I wouldn’t recommend—it didn’t taste like Jasmine.
The staff seemed to assume all guests spoke Mandarin, so don’t be surprised if they address you in that language.
While they have Wi-Fi, they denied having it when asked.

It’s just ok. We’ve had better. Their beef noodle soup lacked salt, their XLB are really just dumplings with no soup and their chili oil wontons also lacked salt. Also pretty pricey too.

Went for dinner on a weeknight.
Hidden gem in Cupertino, with good food that came out fairly quick. The resturant is clean and nicely decorated for a casual sit-down place. Service was extremely slow even though they didn't seem understaffed.

Saw there is a new beef noodle soup in my neighborhood so had to give it a try! They have been open for a while now so the line isn't crazy which I like!
The server is friendly, though sometimes could be a challenge to get their attention when things are busy. I got their normal shank/tendon noodles and also the garlic/mala noodles so far. I prefer thin noodles so I chose that both times. I would say the broth is good, it has body but not overly fatty/rich. The meat is tender enough (but I have had better). Noodle texture is nice, I know the thick hand-pulled noodles is their speciality but I appreciate them offering the thin noodles too. The garlic/mala flavor is not that spicy, I wouldn't call that mala, maybe "mildly spicy" is more appropriate. I will try their real mala flavor next time and see how that one is!
Overall a pleasant experience, my tummy was happy and had some leftover too! The restaurant is frequented by small groups and families, so sometimes can get a little loud, but that doesn't detract from its delicious flavors.
