Haidilao Hot Pot Cupertino

I had an amazing experience at this hot pot restaurant during the Grand opening weekend! The tomato and golden broth were rich and flavorful. The ingredients were fresh, especially the thinly sliced beef, seafood, and vegetables. I also loved the variety of dipping sauces—you can mix and match to your own taste.

A big shout-out to our server. Henry and Manager Jennifer for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Top-notch customer service like this really makes the meal even more enjoyable.

The atmosphere was warm and lively, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Definitely one of the best hot pot spots in town—can’t wait to come back!

Went to Haidilao today with my family for lunch. Reservations were easy to make in advance on Yelp. Our server William was extremely friendly and took great care of us. He is also very friendly and accommodating to kids. Definitely will be back.

Always a pleasure and treat to come to Haidilao! We have been to other locations and we love this one for the overall experience. The quality of food doesn't differ much at the other locations but this one does more than give you good food.

We made a reservation and arrived at opening. After checking in, we went to the waiting area. There were drinks, snacks and games to help pass the time. When we were seated, our server May went above and beyond from beginning to end. She covered my husband's coat in the spare seat next to him. She provided a dining set and game for my infant. We got aprons to protect our clothes from splatter. May checked in periodically to ensure we're doing okay. She also gave my daughter a cute hat. We visited around lunar new year and got festive paper glasses.

Food is top notch as always. Take advantage of the sauce bar that also has other small eats and dessert station.

Worst Haidilao in history

One time, I was told to wait for an hour for a takeaway at noon. There was no explanation at all. They just kept saying that it was almost ready and I didn’t have time to eat lunch. If I couldn’t do it, just told me to wait for an hour.

The other time I scheduled to pick it up at 7pm, I didn’t get it until almost 8:30 🤷🏻‍♀️Everyone who got it later got it. I told the store clerk that he just said there was nothing he could do about it. Is this slower? ? ?
