My boyfriend and I went to this hotpot
We were super excited.We have never been here before But the service was Not okay , She showed us what to do and then,When we got our food
It had a lot of fat on it and then a little bit After our waiter constantly asked if we were going to finish our food It's hot pot so we ordered alot And we did finish all of our food At the end, she kept asking us to pay Because her shift was ending , but we weren't done eating , We started to feel unwelcomed And made us Feel uncomfortable. , For the price we paid and the service I don't think we will be not be going back.

From the moment I arrived, the service stood out May, our server, was genuinely one of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve encountered in any restaurant. She anticipated every need with a smile and made the entire meal effortless and enjoyable.

The food was excellent across the board. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and I highly recommend taking advantage of the Meat O’Clock deal it’s an incredible value for the quality. The shrimp, in particular, was impressively fresh and cooked perfectly in the broth.

Whether you’re new to hot pot or a longtime fan, this location is an absolute must-visit. Between the quality ingredients, seamless service, and warm hospitality, Haidilao Cupertino is easily the best hot pot in the Bay Area.

We came back again today after one month and both Gary and Alan did a wonderful job to ensure we all had a wonderful experience at Haidilou! My son is only 4 but he always chose Haidilou!!

Came here for my birthday lunch and had a great experience! The food was delicious — I especially loved the Tom Yum broth. It was extra busy since we came during the Meat O’Clock AYCE deal, but our server Zed was still super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Great service and fun atmosphere — definitely coming back!

Very good service! The waitresses are May and Anh. They give us small gifts and free dishes/drinks. The noodle stretching performance is so fun and well done. Had a great time here with friends.

We had an amazing meal and a wonderful overall experience here. Our server, Franklin, was exceptionally professional and kind, which made our visit even more enjoyable.
