Went here for the first time and had a blast! There was some lane issues with the pins, but they quickly switched us to another lane and it was good. Great, friendly service. The Wed night League crowd is also hype! So fun to see! Highly recommend this place!

Very rude service. We arrived and saw a price of $50 per hour including 2 shoes' rental while their website stated that we would get 4 shoes included. We just started asking about why the discrepancy when the gentleman in the photo cut us off and blurted out that we can't get that price, it's online only. And then, he walked away from the cashier's desk! We were left standing there with no one to attend to us for 5 minutes.

After he came back we asked then if we can book online while standing there and he said we can't book now, there's a thirty minute wait and then walked away again! This turned out to be not true, we were able to book online for a slot just 10 minutes later. What a stupid pricing policy. That I can still understand as a business tactic. But the ridiculous treatment and annoyed demeanor from the guy at the front desk was inexcusable. The actual bowling lanes and beer were alright, but due to how our party was treated, I'll never visit again.

Went there for my dad's birthday it was fun just as it always is I would like to point out that the lady who served as she was amazing her name is Marie she was great she gave us a perfect service everything was cooked to perfection and she was very very nice definitely a great experience and we will be returning

I can easily say this was the worst bowling alley I've been to. Very sad to say, but they're understaffed and probably underpaid, hence why there's little to no customer service. I had a birthday party here for my little brother, and to say the least, it did not turn out great simply cause there were no amenities having a party here. Would only recommend this place if you're an adult. Not child friendly. PS, if you try ordering pizza from there they'll go and order it from the local Domino's. 0/10 would not recommend

This bowling alley is a one star.The bathrooms are really dirty.The service at the desk is not good and also, the worst service I've gotten from a bowling alley ever and I am a pro roller, and I know what I'm talking about in the ways are very badly maintained. Oh, this might be actually the worst thing that you need service at the start that I've been at.
