The food is incredible. Whether it's the plates or the wraps, the sharwmas or the eggplant falafel, everything on the menu is really good. The sauces are killer too.Yes, the place is a bit run-down, but that's actually a tell-tale signal of a quality falafel place. I've gotten food from this place about 20-30 times in the past 5 years, I've never gotten sick. The store owner is nice and respectful.

I was really craving chicken shawarma wrap, but they accidentally gave me falafel, which was no big deal, it happens, but it was just okay as far as falafel I've had around here goes. Would like to go back to try their other items.

We often order from this place and the food has been good. But of late, it has started going down. The last 2-3 times were so-so. Yesterday was the last straw. We just couldn’t eat anything. I ordered the falafel plate. Falafels were very oily, no taste in hummus and the salad was so bland. We are definitely not ordering from this place anymore.

One of my favorite places since long time. Food is really good, the service is fast and good. Is a familiar ambiance.Prices are reasonable compare with other restaurants.

After the pandemic and the new Apple spaceship. Food and service went down fast but prices has gone up. I recommend alternative; Falafel Bites on Lawrence.

Second time trying this place and tonight was terrible again. The long wait lets you bask in the restaurant's mess. There's an unclean soda machine side with what looks like mold between the new ice maker on top. While 3 people who order behind you gets their food first, you see a cashier handling food without gloves. If you're tired by now and place your hands on the table, it's sticky. Tapatio is your authentic hot sauce?Hunger makes you ignore the red flags. Bring home the food and you have the worst cold and sparse cut meats that are very very over cooked, dry, chewy, and with tons of raw onions. Like chicken, beef kabob, or a combination wrap? You're better off just avoiding this place and having to pay $39.25 for raw onions inside a wrap, and having the worst service and food there is in the Bay Area.A grocery store would not force people to tip you.
