Hui Lau Shan

Good desserts, but I really hope you switch to packaging that is more eco-friendly. These plastic containers are SUPER thick and will obviously never biodegrade. I understand you need something sturdy for the hot desserts, but given majority of your desserts are cold, and many people eat in-store, I really hope you switch to reusable containers for dine-in customers and biodegradable for take-out.

The spoons provided are also very cute but really thick plastic! Customers (especially dine-in customers) definitely don't need such thick non-biodegradable plastic for a quick dessert.

3 stars only because I think restaurants have a responsibility not just to provide good food (which this one does!), but also to be good stewards of the community and environment in which they operate.

Very strong mango and passion fruit flavor and the jelly chewy texture perfect sweetness, but long line waiting to place the order, the order preparation was quick.

I love coming here for Hui Lau Shan’s mango desserts. I regularly order the mango swirl, and the mango pancake and the mango chewy ball are delicious!

One of the best dessert places I've ever been to! What's more is that the whole menu is mango-centric!! Nothing can beat this theme! Loved this place so much, we went multiple times with all the family. Every dessert idea is unique and one can't get enough. I'm not a big fan of the mochi balls, but kids seemed to love it ! Every bite of mango was fresh and juicy & the store was sprawling with ceiling- high of mangoes which eventually end up delighting you in your lip-smacking dessert.
All I can say is - I cant wait for Hui Laura Shan to start a storefront in Portland, OR!

Absolutely worth the wait in line, the flavors here were amazing. All of the different mango sorbet, mango purée, and fresh mango flavors together made a very refreshing dessert.

A hip Hong Kong style dessert place (a chain) known for their mango drinks and dessert bowls. We tried the classic pomelo mango sago drink and a mango bowl with tiny sticky mochi balls. The pomelo mango sago drink with coconut milk and mango ice cream was very tasty (recommended), but the mochi balls in the mango bowl tasted a bit off (not very fresh). The price is not cheap (almost $20 for the two desserts). Service was friendly and fast.

If you’re a mango and sago lover, this place is a must-try! I went with their popular D4, and it didn’t disappoint. If the line at Izumi is long this is a great alternative.

Its official!! I’m addicted to this mango chain. I truly can’t get enough. Anytime I pass by any store I will stop in without a question and this location is the busiest one I’ve ever been too.

Such a solid place to grab a yummy mango drink! They’re very popular and crowded on evenings and weekends. The fresh mango on top adds a layer of flavour and texture that’s indescribable! Great consistent quality and efficient service even when there’s a long line! Will be back to try other items.

We were one of the first ones to enter the store on a Thursday and there was already a line right behind us. The machine taking the card didn't work, they had to restart a few times and still didn't work, so they ended up taking cash. All the things we ordered were super delicious! Mangoes in every bite! There's a small patio outside for people with dogs to sit at too!

Really good mango desserts! Very refreshing! We enjoy the mango crystal jelly and chewy ball bowl, mango pancake and the pudding!

We were here around 7 pm on Saturday, May 31st, 2025. The girl who was at the cash register was impatient and rude, not wanting to answer our questions. We had questions about the drinks being

caffeinated, as we have a 2 year old, she was rude to us. We just walked out. We can't stand the poor customer service. Hope the management, takes action soon. I am not sure, if the person was racist.
