The worker was SOOO nice! And the ice cream tastes so good. Fun names for the ice cream, plus you get to see them make it!!! Also there's unlimited toppings so the price is so worth it!!!

1st tims come here because need something cold in this summer weather, we order thai tea roll ice and the taste is so good & not too sweet like expected before.

I went there today on Sunday for the first time and I was going to buy 3 ice creams but had to use the restroom well there was a sign bathroom did not work when I asked the employee she said we'll it works but not sure if my manager can let you go in that pist me off like its an open business why would the bathroom not work or why would you lie about it as a consumer I should be able too. I just left when getting on my car she said my manager said you can use it well too late I am leaving ans going to the Lincoln one instead also pregnant wanting to use the restroom. Horrible experience never going back to them. Also the lights are off like are you guys not open im not sure if they don't want to work there was no customers and it's in a busy center I wonder why.

They advertise 50%off in first app order but the app doesn’t even work. Almonds used in the ice cream were rancid.

Beware of inaccurate pricing, the menu on the wall states for example Nutella N’ Chill is $12.99 but they charge you $13.99. I didn’t add anything that cost extra and when the employee making my ice cream asked the manager “fruit went up”. No where on the menu or front door was this noted anywhere. Both employees just shrugged & went back to working instead of offering to correct anything. Totally fine paying for food but taking no action to fix the error is not ok.

The tastes are great. Kids love the rolls. There is only one table inside and a couple outside. Weight you have to wait for a while for your ice cream to get cooked in front of you. But it is an experience on its own.
We had some issue with our order, miguel helped us with lot of patience to resolve the issue , we really appreciate the effort.

I had Thai tea and green tea, but didn't really taste any green tea. We only picked a few toppings, so the cups were not full... Not sure it is worth the price....

It is definitely an experience! Watching them make the ice cream was fun, but I think I'm pretty basic and prefer just the regular flavors from other general chains. You're definitely paying a premium for the show! The kids enjoyed it.
