Vegetarian options: Unless there's something else that I'm not sure about , maybe Off menu choices, All I have seen on there veggie Your Choice Is green salad or opt . to modify something else. I like Jack in the Box , It's just your preference.

They made mistakes with my order and then accused me of their mistake. I ordered through the app 6 sandwiches and 2 tacos. I got my bag through drive through and didn't check inside until after I got home. They give me only 2 out of the 6 sandwiches I ordered and another wrong one (and the two tacos), so they owe me 4 sandwiches. I went back and told them they made mistakes with my order, that guy at the window insisted they put those in. I confronted "are you accusing me of lying for two sandwiches?" He said "we have cameras". I said "then don't give me sandwiches, go check your footage now". He then insisted they put them in with a smear on his face and said they have customers behind and asked me to pull forward and added "it happens all the time" implying he's seen liars like this all the time. It was extremely humiliating but i don't want to make a big scene so I just waited. They did hand me those sandwiches in the end but this is customer service 101 how can you assume and accuse someone of lying without any evidence. This just shows the character of this guy and the level of training he's got from the management. So I wasted time, got the wrong order, and got humiliation from the employees. 11/3/2024, Lunch time. If the owner or manager of this store is seeing this, check your footage and talk to your employee.

The middle aged person taking the orders at 5 pm evening on Wednesdays is not at all cooperative, not helpful and doesn’t communicate properly while asking a couple of questions in the menu

Edit, lowering my review from three stars to two stars. About a week since I left my last review and I've been the Jack in The box two or three times. Twice already, my order of two jumbo jacks has come with one of them with a tomato, and one without a tomato, after the owner of the store replied to my comment. very disappointing, it's not just that I have to pick the tomatoes out, I am placing an order here for food to be made in a specific way through the customization in their app, and their workers repeatedly and consistently cannot follow the simplest instruction. I am not being provided what I'm paying for here. Will continue to edit my review in a few weeks to see if there is any sort of process improvement, or if there's just no care at this store.
Giving the store a three out of five stars for now. I love to eat burgers, I hate tomatoes. I always make my orders without tomatoes, and I say a majority of the time, this store cannot even get it correctly. I place it two for five jumbo Jack no tomato order because of a deal, and it's not even like they consistently put tomatoes in, or they consistently leave them out. In the same order of only two burgers, they will put tomatoes in one Burger, and have no tomatoes in the other Burger, it's like these people are so confused about how to use their hands and their eyes I have no clue what the heck is going on in their kitchen. Only Plus is it's open late.
It's a downhill slide for Jack....My gosh a small drink for more than 3.50$...?water never tasted so good....cheap peasant tacos still a bargain though.

This stop was a 5-star review until I entered the restroom.The facility appeared very clean with only minor and recent messes visible when approaching the building.The service was fast and efficient and the employee was methodically polite.My burger was fresh and my curly fries were very good. Since I enjoy tiny and crunchy fries...all good as under the top pieces were all tiny, crispy pieces. Other customers may not like this as I do.The lobby was clean with only minor issues which were from very recent customers.My one issue was the restroom. It was sloppy and the sink was gross.I came here because there are no Jack In The Box restaurants from where I am from. I also chose here because I refuse to pay an 18% surcharge like at "The Counter" which is a burger place where a burger would be $25 plus.Overall, I enjoyed this visit and would return.

I ordered a deal through the app where I got a free Chicken Sandwich with a $1 minimum order. I just paid $1.19 + tax for some modified Tacos. The taste of the Chicken Burger was okay, comparable to a McChicken from McDonald's. The service was a tad bit too slow, and they seem to put more priority to the drive thru rather than walk in customers. They also did not have soy souce which I ordered through the app. The resraurant was very standard, queit, and easy parking.
