Pho combination:The pho here is very underwhelming. For the price you pay, you would expect it to be better. Looks nothing like their picture. The meat is good, but the broth is very fatty. I would pass on getting the pho here.Shaken Beef Garlic Noodle:The shaken beef garlic noodle is good here. It's probably one of the better dish. The meat is probably the best shaken beef I had. The garlic noodles is interesting.Service:There is no server. There are kiosk to order your food. The kiosk as for tips, which I gave for whoever has to bust our table. There was guy that brought us our food, which I wasnt expecting.Seating:There's inside and outside seating. Majority of the seats is metal.Parking:The restaurant shares with the plaza. Parking can get challenging during busy time.

Easy ordering on the kiosk, we got the angus and kobe pho. Both were really good. Parking is easier on the side where the hot plate restaurant is

Food was good. I asked if the shaken beef noodles were spicy before ordering for my kids and was told no but when it came, it was clearly spicy. My daughter ordered a drink and we paid $0.75 extra for the boba but it was not in the drink. When we brought these issues up with the staff, they made them new items and refunded the difference and made a new drink for my daughter even though we asked just for the boba to add. I appreciate their customer service

Never coming back here. Service was terrible. They were short-staffed and took too long for one order. Food were bland. I saw a cockroach in the restroom. Open kitchen so the smoke were all over the place.

I invited a friend here for dinner because I received a 15% discount on my email. It turned out the restaurant wouldn't accept the discount code. The service person made several attempts and he couldn't get it to work. The service guy told me to return on my next visit and he'll give me 50% off on my next meal. I returned today and he refused to honor his original offer. Instead, the same service person told me to place a new order on their app and I will get the 15% off. I reminded the service person what he promised me last week but, he refused to honor his words. I left the restaurant without ordering. When I got home, I found out the code showed it had been used. Probably from the previous failed attempt. Don't email me the discount if you don't intend to honor it. It's embarrassing for me and for your business.

Found this place on Yelp quite easily, but once I was at the location, it was harder to spot the entrance. It appears to be part of Panera, but it is just next to it. It would be useful to have a sign outside for customers. This place is a cloud kitchen and you order on a kiosk. There are a few menus displayed on the kiosk, including a boba menu. I opted for a noodle and salad mix with crispy tofu. Everything tasted fresh, but the tofu could have had some more flavors. The cilantro sauce was creamy, but overall the salad needed something crunchy to offset everything else that was super soft (including the crispy tofu). I really loved how there were some healthy and vegetarian (possibly vegan?) options. I would return, but I would get something warm and with some crunch.

Food is… hard to comment. Pho is ok. Boba too sweet with non tunable ice and sugar level. Noodles don’t fit my taste.

I came 10 minutes after they opened and it was an easy process. The place was pretty quiet since it just opened but soon people started to come in because of lunch. The employees showed us where to order and it's pretty easy. You order at the kiosk or at the register and then sit at one of the tables and wait for them to bring you the food. My boyfriend got the Kobe steak and brisket pho. He didn't really enjoy it. To him the soup wasn't that good and didn't have a lot of taste to it. But the meat was slightly better than other places. Overall 5/10 I got the grilled pork vermicelli with egg rolls. I don't have the pick of the egg rolls as it came two minutes later. It came with two egg rolls slightly on the smaller size. It was decently good and the outside had salt. I loved the crunch of the egg roll but the filling could be better. I wasn't into how the pork tasted by itself definitely eat it with the noodles and vegetables. I added in the fish vinaigrette they gave and it definitely gave the dish some more flavor. The cucumber was refreshing because of the crunch it gave in the dish. Overall 6/10, probably won't be coming back though.

Kobe Kitchen just expanded into a micro-kitchen, meaning they now serve more types of food. Their original pho is still there, and it's still good, but now they have Vietnamese noodles, Japanese fried chicken, and boba tea drinks. We ordered the chicken katsu curry, chicken karaage sandwich, and shaken beef noodles. We also order two boba drinks. Everything was excellent! My only issue is the food didn't come out all at the same time, but it did come out rather quickly. If you were ordering for take-away then this wouldn't matter. All food is served in the takeaway boxes but there are plenty of tables if you want to eat there. All food is ordered on kiosks, or on their websites, so it's easy to see all the options.

I've been here several times for the chicken pho and it doesn't disappoint. A few weeks ago, the service ruined my visit. We came on a Friday evening and it was not busy. We were seated immediately and given a menu. The bottom of the menu states to let them know if you have any food allergies. When the server returned, I mentioned that I am gluten sensitive. He seemed uninterested. I asked about the spring rolls, if the vegetarian were fried or fresh, he said, "you want to try the vegetable spring rolls? OK" and wrote it down. When our order arrived, they were fried. I told the server, "I told you I was gluten sensitive." He said, in a defensive tone, "You ordered the vegetable spring rolls." I said, "I can't eat this." He said, "You don't want it?" At this point I was angry. He wasn't listening, and wasn't educated to know what has gluten. I said in a frustrated tone, "I told you I was gluten free. I can't eat this." He asked if we wanted something else and we said no. After that, he didn't apologize or even speak to us. He just brought our pho and had another person bring our check. I hope in the future they educate their staff and mark the menu items that contain gluten.

I wrote a review of Kobe Kitchen 7 months ago and gave 5 stars. I have been back several times and it was good every time...until today. I am leaving my 5 star review up as it WAS that good before. Today, I invited 5 friends for a lunch at Kobe Kitchen. When we entered, we asked for a table for six. We were instead directed to tablet kiosks to order instead. There we were with 5 of my friends who had not been there before queuing in front of the tablets and having to navigate through their menu on a tablet screen...one by one (again since they were not familiar with the menu). I asked the manager whether we could instead have our order taken at the table. He quite bluntly said " No." We had table order service just a few weeks ago. How hard is it to see that the customer experience in this situation was a disaster at the kiosks? I can no longer recommend Kobe Kitchen for dining as they have converted to this line up and pay first system which creates a fast food vibe. This is the total opposite of the friendly atmosphere of the original Kobe Pho. One other issue was that one of my friends ordered a dry noodle dish and it was served in a to-go box. I will note that the manager did patiently guide each of my friends through ordering. He apologized for the hassle. That linear process took a while and took away from our socializing time. This is the first sub-4 star review I have made on Yelp! in about 6 years. Very sad.

We came here with our son's soccer friends/families so it was great that they had enough bench seating right outside the front entrance. We opted for the Angus special ($11.99 promo) instead of kobe and the beef is definitely not as tender as the kobe beef. Their egg rolls were super delicious though! We were bummed about the service - it seemed that only one person was available to be hailed and he seemed very overwhelmed and took awhile to get our orders/requests all correct. If we're ever in the area again, we may give it another try but definitely wouldn't make the drive just to have pho at this place.

Ordered from their signature pho section: kobe pho special and kobe rare steak pho. The meat were already cooked by the time it got to it BUT the consistency and flavors were both on point. It was definitely a nicer quality meat than any pho places we typically go to. Left a good impression on us so we’ll return if we’re ever in the area!Recommend getting Voyager coffee in the area too while you're at it.
