So me and my friend tried the dried chili oil noodle and classic hand pulled noodles at West Field. It was not that good as the reviews and the taste is really blend and I would not want to recommend it. The service and everything is ok but it’s just its taste. It needs to be improved.
Very friendly and great service along with good food. We ordered both the langzhu hand pulled noodles which came with thin slices of pork. We also ordered the beef with pickled vegetables which we think has more flavor than the other dish. But both were excellent and the bowls were very large and came to our table a few minutes after we ordered. Service was exceptional with the staff asking several times if we needed anything else. I love this place. Between this location and the Milpitas one (now closed), I must have gone like 50 times in 4 years. My usual order is the Lanzhou beef handpulled noodles and popcorn chicken. I’ve tried others but this is my favorite. The quantity of the beef may not be much, but I’m ok with that. The soup is delicious!
Pro tip: order extra broth to make into two meals. I have a decent appetite but can never finish the noodles, just the broth.
