I have been here many many times, used to rate it as five star, a little pricey but the food was great. In the most recent trip, I found the food degraded quite a bit and the price elevated, complete mismatch, very disappointed.

Spacious restaurant with yummy authentic dim sum with extra oomph. The fish cheung fun with cilantro was superb, as were the seafood dumplings and soup dumplings. The char shiu puff pastry buttery and super light. The fried fish was delightful and the fried pumpkin with salted egg yolk original. The kai lan with oyster sauce cooked just right. Service was gracious and quick. Highly reccomend!

Their dimsum is the best but definitely on the pricy side compared to the dimsum places in Santa Clara/Milpitas.

Low quality, high price. We had 11 dishes. All are blend, salty, and oily.
For Dimsums the go to place. Food taste was good. Ambience not so good. Too noisy. Service was average so overall giving Food the highest weightage rating 4 stars

We like Lei Garden and should have rated it five stars. However, sometimes the stuff shrimp in tofu, eggplant are not fresh, so we stopped ordering them.😌
This was the best dim sum I’ve ever had. Everything was tasty and it was all very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

I think the food was okay, it was a bit stale and their pork belly was a little bit salty.

An absolute travesty to the Lei Garden name from Hong Kong. The congee was watered down and lacked garnish, the dim sum tasted no better than the supermarket frozen counterpart.

Nice place!
This review is for Sunday dim sum. Solid 4 stars in my opinion. We arrived at 11:30 am on a Sunday morning, right at the peak of any dim sum restaurants busy hours. There was plenty of parking in the area, even at this time. As a small party of 2, we were sat within 15 minutes. Larger parties were waiting about 20-30 minutes.
There are no more carts, instead items are made to order and brought out by servers on large trays. You fill out a menu card complete with a full picture menu - helpful if you're not sure of what you're looking for, and be sure to get a waiters attention as soon as you're done. The dim sum is fresh and made to order. I'd say the quality of the food is very good, better than average, but nothing really stood out as outstanding. Lei's fulfilled our dim sum craving and I would recommend this place and already have a date set for coming back.
Wait staff is attentive and prompt. Food is decently priced and comes to your table hot and fresh. The variety is very good and you're sure to find your favorite Cantonese dim sum delights.
They should really try to improve the communication and be respectful to their customers.
