They have terrible customer service and all you can eat isn’t “all you can eat.” We opted for all you can eat and supposedly you should get 3 rounds based on the ordering sheet. They didn’t bring all of the items we ordered for the first round. When I ordered the second round, nothing came, and I asked if they could bring some noodles that I ordered in the first round, the waiter refused and asked me to wait and ask after I am done with everything. I asked him a second time some time later, after we finished the food, that I don’t need anything that I ordered in my second round anymore besides the noodles, and he still refused! I asked another waiter if I could get some noodles and that’s when my waiter finally came back and for the third time I asked if I could have noodles and he came with noodles on a tiny appetizer plate. After that, we got our bill. Basically all you can eat only comes in one round, even though a bunch of food we ordered in the first round never came… I think if they can’t give people all you can eat, they should just take it off their menu. This is DECEIVING to the customers. I’ve never had such issues when I ordered all you can eat at other restaurants, and I’ve always ordered reasonable portions. I wish I had spoken to the manager about the service we got. Horrible service, horrible experience, horrible customer service.

Went to Happy Lamb Hot Pot with some friends and honestly had a great time. The broth was super tasty and everything felt fresh. Service was quick and the staff were really nice.

this is one of my favorite hot pot place in the bay. All the servers are very friendly.

I would not recommend this spot.
The atmosphere and service was great, but the quality and quantity of food was below average. My table was a table of five and we paid for the $30 per person option we were excited for the seafood options , but the seafood was very scarce. The shrimp paste ball came as one only and the clams were four SMALL piece an order. The soup was not as tasteful as I would like. We got the original bone, marrow and spicy bone marrow. The spicy bone marrow had too much chili pepper in it. It was impossible to eat without chili peppers, being scooped up with every spoon.

We arrived at 15:28 and the waiter told us that we can only applied the dinner menu price for all you can eat. Won’t come back to this location again.

It's a pretty good hot pot. I like this franchise however i don't like this one. I've been to the one in Chicago's China town, that one is much better. This one nickle and dimes you. Charges for sauce, charges for the condiment bar, charge you for each breath. The one in Chicago it's all inclusive and they give you a free meal on your birthday. They also only came by once and never asked us if we wanted more food. The selection is also more limited than the other happy lamb. But they have most things and the food is pretty fresh. You'll pay through the nose to eat here though. The broths are good and we enjoyed ourselves. If you've got no other options this place will do. I just didn't like the feeling of being charged for literally every tiny thing.
