70's style American Chinese food
Best lunch combination plate in the area. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. Comes with Hot and Sour soup and chicken salad(They didn't last long enough to take a pic?)
This place has superb service as well as delicious meals. The best restaurant in town. The drinks and food arrived rapidly and the prices are affordable. Highly recommended.

My mom and I met some friends here for lunch recently. It was a Saturday and the place was empty. Not sure how they stay in business.

Shrimp lettuce wraps, were excellent. Lots of shrimp pieces, came with 4 lettuce cups and was served table side. Prawns and honeyed walnuts were also excellent. Still crispy, not too sweet and lots of walnuts. Sauteed string beans were great. Savory and cooked just right. Service was interesting, took a while to take our order. But the food made up for it.
Our first visit here was enjoyed. I loved the Seafood Phoenix Delight dish. Scallops shrimp calamari lobster on a potato nest. My friends had the Dinner for Two. It was very good with many choices. The service is good too. Medium priced.
We've been dining at Mandarin Gourmet for over 25yrs -- and find them to be excellent in quality and service still! (As vegetarians) Crispy eggplant and Spicy string beans are our favourites. Moo-shu vegetables is always a great starter - fresh off the grill. Highly recommended!
Reasonable prices for good food.
This restaurant offers delicious food. Very fast service and a great selection, also vegetarian. The ambiance is great too. Warmly recommended for lunch or dinner.
