The food is good! We had the malatang and the soup was very flavorful! And the price right now is quite affordable.

We tried the new Malatang options and it was really good! Big variety in veggies and meat you could choose from, and everything was cooked to perfection. The noodles in particular were thin but chewy, which was a pleasant surprise! The interior is very spacious, and parking wasn't a problem on a Saturday.

Ordered Malatang with medium spicy level, but it tastes very light, it was almost no flavor at all.But the food material is ok

i don't understand why people complain about the service and/or the food the food has always been good everytime i went it's just malatang i've tried most of their soup bases it always tastes well-made as for the service i really
like the lady who works behind the counter she's always been very nice and even noticed me wiping up my spills and she brought over extra napkins and always comes over if she sees my table is running low on water i believe people think she's rude but her english isn't the best so it might come across as rude but i've always seen her give the same care and attention to non-chinese speaking customers and she tries to talk to them despite her english skills, so i don't understand where people say she's not communicative with non-chinese speakers anyways it's good place definitely recommend!

The host publicly has a TikTok playing out loud which is absurdly annoying.

A one star review is one star too many. I’m the type of person who would forgive the rudeness from the lady behind the counter if the noodles were worth it but they are not. The food is almost as disappointing as the service

they claim soup base is beef bone stew, but you can easily tell the soup is from high tech chemical powder.

Food is really good. If you don’t speak Chinese, use your translated to ask a question and you’ll get what you want. I love it

Great new spot! A Chinese friend introduced me to this place, and I was pleasantly surprised. The spice level wasn’t as overpowering as I expected—even the “very spicy” option had a nice, clean heat that was really enjoyable. If you’re sensitive to spice, it might be a bit much, but I found it just right. The ingredients were fresh, and the sauce bar offered a great variety. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!

Came here on a Monday at 6pm, wasn't too many people inside. My mom and I got a malatang each with a decent amount of food inside. Paid less than $30 for both of us, which is extremely affordable for the amount of food we had. Would definitely come back a visit again.

Newly opened. Tried their lunch and it tastes decent. You have the option to select your own ingredients and soup base for your meal. This option goes by the weight. This place is located across the Cupertino Main Street.

Everything was super fresh and clean. The prices were really reasonable. It's my new favorite place to get hot pot. We were really surprised they weren't busier and I'm surprised this place isn't rated higher. Definitely coming back again. It's better than YGF malatang. No wait, great selections, no minimum weight requirement and better price.
