A very affordable Chinese restaurant with decent quality. Their menu is relatively simple with noodle, and other simple dishes. Their comb plates come with soup or drink, pretty good deal.
I grew up in Taiwan and I think this place is pretty good. CP Value is awesome. Ordered on Uber Eats; lots of food and very well presented. Pork hock fat was melt in your mouth, lean part meaty (separated for your convenience). Pork trotters were QQ, soft but with some chew. Nothing was too salty or too sweet or too oily. Beef shank and pork intestines were solid. Even the corn soup that came with the bento was pretty good. I'd come back again for dine in.

The restaurant looked tidy. Bonus was we visited on a hot noon, and they had the AC running full speed! Only issue was parking could be a bit challenging.
