I think this is the best food in this new Eat Up mini food court. The bowls are pretty big, the meats quite tender, and the broth seasoned about right.

Part of grand 99 food court. Dirty table. Free drink. Tendon n beef is good. Canned quail eggs. No problem but nothing special either.

Noodles are so good here . When you order dine in option it's bigger portions than Togo . And you get a beverage too .

Large portions and decent price. Good flavor. Good find! They give a free sweet drink too that is perfect when diluted with water in a 1:4 ratio.

Better than I was expecting beef noodle soup from essentially a food court adjacent to a grocery store. The beef was soft, the noodles were ok and the broth was simple but good. Also, service was pretty quick and the portions generous. For my beef noodle soup, I paid extra, think $1.99, to have broccoli added.I wish the tables were cleaner though, but it is like a food court, so this issue extends to all the restaurants in here.

Nestled in the Ranch 99 food court, Noodle-osophy delivers reasonably well for the low-budget/big portion size category of food spots and while I'm not always in that mood it's a good name to have in the wallet. The food isn't without faults so certainly adjust expectations, but I'm confident you'll be well satiated. Since it's a food court, just place your order at the kiosk, grab your numbered buzzer, and await the buzzzzzzzz (was pretty fast at about 8 minutes for me on a weekday lunch). Pickles and Sliced Beef - 3.5/5 Fairly classic chinese noodle dish that's done surprisingly true to what flavors I'd expect. Portion sizes are extremely generous (like seriously, the bowl is filled to the brim with solids) and you're treated to complimentary sweetened peach tea. If you pick the spicy option, know that it hits a nicely comfortable heat for a regular spicy eater. While the beef slices are nicely thin, they do lean towards the tougher side. Unfortunately, the noodles are quite firmly (ha) in the overcooked territory, so chewy ramen this is certainly not. The broth could also benefit from less grease, as the mouthfeel becomes less appealing halfway through the meal.

On Jan 19th, 2024, around 8 pm, a Hispanic woman from Noodleosophy banged into me while I was walking in the public area of Eat Up. My phone took a hard hit, and my half-body is hurting. But her response was "You SEE!" No apology whatsoever. After hitting, she hurriedly went into the back of Noodlesosophy. What a terrible display of ethics and behavior! If my phone or body ends up damaged, she better be ready to take responsibility.

I would probably give this place 3 1/2 stars. It is located in a food court in Cupertino, right next to chicken meets rice. We wanted to get chicken meets rice, but they were closed due to a training. I was deciding between curry chicken, and the beef stew. I ended up getting the curry chicken with ramen. I like how there were some workers who were able to give advice regarding certain dishes. That said, there were three people working behind the desk, and it took probably half an hour or so to get the food with only one or two customers in front of us. It was super slow service. The ramen was OK, but honestly, the quality reminded me of the kind that I get from Amazon. The chicken was pretty good and my daughter actually ate that part. The curry flavor was OK, but nothing special. I do like that they served steamed broccoli with it. That said, I was not blown away by any of the flavor or quality, and the service was ridiculously slow.

When my bf first introduce to Nooleosophy to me, I fell in love with their Beef Stew! Every weekend when I visit Cupertino, I would always have to stop by here for a bowl. But over the year, I think the price has ramped up a little bit. Two bowls of noodles totaling up to $40. But other than the pricing, I love the quality of the noodle and adding pickle vegetables brings this tanginess and crunchiness that can complement the rich and savory flavors of the beef broth, creating a well-balanced and flavorful dish. Its serving size is substantial and comes with alot of meat and broth. The location is right next to 99 Ranch, making it a convenient stop for brunch. Inside is a food court ambiance and there are also other food options that I haven't explored yet. I would recommend online ordering before heading there because it does take awhile to receive order.

The noodles are just ok. The sauce is disappointing and very average. We had garlic biang biang flat noodles, hoping for handmade but it's factory type. There are better noodle shops around the Cupertino area. The staff are friendly though and service is excellent.

It is located in a small food court and you can self-order the noodles. I like the spicy cumin lamb noodles. I think the price is good and the taste is great too, and the food is prepared quite quickly as well. Every dish comes with a small cup of refreshing fruit tea, for free!

Not what I thought it would be. Staff nice, ordered the vegetarian noodles. Their juice drink was free with order. 2 stars was for quality since the flavor was lacking.

We got the cumin lamb noodles (dry) and they were very oily and the lamb wasn't very good, and the noodles also weren't very good. Great name, great vibe, great potential, but ultimately mediocre food. Spicy, but no real flavor. Honestly my stomach kinda hurts right now.
