You pick the broth and the raw meat or raw vegetables. One can eat it as is out of the flavored broth or dip it in some tasty garlic ponzu. This is by far the best shabu place in the bay area. While the seating can be a bit cramped, the atmosphere is lively and inviting. One Pot Shabu Shabu is a great spot for hot pot lovers, with delicious food and good service.
