Excellent food as always
I highly recommend this restaurant. Oren Hummus is a gem! The cozy, rustic vibe makes you feel right at home. The food was incredible, our Schnitzel de Noar was very tasty, and the Hummus Sabich was perfect. Everything was top-notch. Our server was friendly and attentive, adding to the great atmosphere. The dessert, Cream Bavaria, was a must-try and ended the meal perfectly. This is the perfect place for date nights or family gatherings. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I came here for dinner recently, I had a reservation but didn’t need one as there were people there but open tables as well. We were so hungry, we ordered the Muhamarra as it was gluten free to share then my husband got the Schnitzel de Noir and I got the gluten free pita beef kabob. We both agreed our food was delicious! Wish we lived closer or I would be coming back all the time. They had a lot of gluten free options and the pita bread was amazing!!

I ordered the lamb braised in pomegranate over humus. It was tender and delicious. All orders come with pickled cabbage salad with free refills. The service is great and the servers are cheerful, courteous and accommodating.

A chain known for healthy, delicious Mediterranean food on Castro St in downtown Mountain View. We had the mega sampler that included six appetizer dips, the chicken hummus bowl, the eggplant hummus bowl, shakshoka, falafels, pita bread, and mint tea, all very good, especially with their green and red hot sauces and coleslaw. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very nice dining experience that everyone enjoyed.

I had it once in Palo Alto and remembered it fondly, so I went there with my daughter. Since the place we went today was in front of the Cupertino school, I thought there would be a lot of people because it was after school, but there were no people at any table, so I thought it was strange, and that's when I realized it. Later, there was a service charge on the bill that I didn't know about, so I asked and they said it was a tip for the kitchen staff. In the 19 years I've lived in San Jose, this is the first time I've experienced a restaurant that takes a tip like this without even mentioning it.
One more thing to add. Please stop the flies. Or if there are flies, get rid of them. It was uncomfortable to have to shoo flies away while eating. I ordered white pita but they gave me wheat pita. I guess it's understandable if you're in a hurry. And the server asked me to tip 18%. Isn't it the customer's decision? It's okay to give to someone who worked hard. But I never want to experience that kind of service atmosphere and rudeness from the server again, so I will tell my school community and everyone I know.

Israeli hummus is my favorite middle eastern hummus i’ve tried, and Orren’s hummus is as close as it gets to what i’ve experienced in Israel. I come here every 6 months or so and their menu is always slightly different…. But always good.

A wonderful restaurant with a lovely outdoor seating area, delicious food, great wine, and fantastic service. We had the appetizer sampler, falafel, as well as the lamb hummus bowl and sabich hummus bowl. Everything was scrumptious. We also treated ourselves to their mint tea after dinner. Highly recommend everything
