I paid for a plate with orange chicken among other items and they had forgot my orange chicken. This was not a busy time for them. I got home and attempted to call this specific restaurant multiple times but they immediately hung up half the times or seemed to be unable to hear me the other times (I tried with multiple phones). Very disappointed in this quality of service and this is not an isolated incident when I’ve experienced bad service from this panda express in particular.

Staff are friendly and helpful, I have been a customer since early 2023. Even new staff members are very patient with difficult and demanding customers. I witnessed it myself at one incident on October 16 2025 when a female staff member named Regina and another teammate handled an aggressive female customers. They gave her extra food and kept calm even though in my view, the attitude of the guest is very unnecessary angry.

Super nice & friendly staff members. I like that this Panda Express actually has bamboo & the feel of more “panda vibes.”
Quick service even when there have been long lines. Great go-spot and they’re always making the next batch in time so you’re not waiting for 5-8m for your plate to be ready.
