Staff are friendly and helpful, I have been a customer since early 2023. Even new staff members are very patient with difficult and demanding customers. I witnessed it myself at one incident on October 16 2025 when a female staff member named Regina and another teammate handled an aggressive female customers. They gave her extra food and kept calm even though in my view, the attitude of the guest is very unnecessary angry.
Super nice & friendly staff members. I like that this Panda Express actually has bamboo & the feel of more “panda vibes.”
Quick service even when there have been long lines. Great go-spot and they’re always making the next batch in time so you’re not waiting for 5-8m for your plate to be ready.

Vegetarian options: This is my go to place all the time but today right after lunch in about 40 mins my stomach was upset. Prior to going to this place, no such symptoms. I don’t have anything against this store, they are great but first time this occurrence and don’t feel good!!
