I don’t think I’ve ever been somewhere I got so much attitude from the cashier while trying to give them my money. From start to end she just shot me nasty stares and waved me off like I was doing her a massive disfavor just by being there and trying to place an order. I’m so sorry that a paying customer is an inconvenience to you. But don’t worry, we will never come back.

We love heading here for morning coffee and croissant.
The way they display all the pastries and savouries is so appetising. The coffee is good too. We also get bday cakes from here.

I went at 6:30 am, they did not have a lot stuff . They told me to wait 25 min . My recommendation don’t go early at this location it will be a waste of your time .

I had a hazelnut coffee and hashbrown bread - the coffee was meh and the hashbrown bread tasted average

PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE PREORDERING CAKES. They have goofed up twice, once they did not have the cake itself and another day they completely messed up the required cake. They are very casual about it and just apologise and ask if we would want a refund.
This left us in utter disappointment and we had to settle for a normal cake instead for our kid’s birthday.

Every lunch item but one has mustard, or mayo ... Including items traditionally served without either in the US. Many people don't like them, or can't eat those items... They should be served bare, with either dispensers or packets of that stuff available.

Today I had very bad experience with the staff called Michelle here. I came to simply pick up my online order of a birthday cake, and I showed her the order number on my app. Michelle made me say my name 3 times and asked me when I ordered it in front of many other customers, like she didn’t know this order or I was lying I ordered the cake. The cake I ordered was right behind her. Can she simply turn back and confirm whether that’s my cake? I paid already before I came. I also applied their free coffee coupon to my cake order, but Michelle refused to honor it and stated I had to make another purchase. Finally another experienced staff came to help, and Michelle suddenly started to laugh like crazy. This is rude and insulting. You just lost a long time customer.
