I visited here with my husband today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. It was my first day using the PB app. I saw the new-user reward that stated customer could receive one free pastry or drink with any purchase. I selected two pastries, expecting one to be covered by the reward. However, when I checked out, the cashier abruptly told me that one of the items did not qualify and ordered me to pick something else, without offering any explanation. I was confused about why it didn’t qualify, but I followed her instructions and chose a different pastry. When the second checkout, I asked if I could decide which item I was paying for and which one would count as the reward, she cut me off mid-sentence and said, in a very rude tone, “No! The system calculates it automatically!” Throughout both interactions, she always spoke in an aggressive, dominant manner, repeatedly interrupting me and saying “no, no, no,” as if I were causing trouble as a customer. Afterward, I talked to another staff member about my experience and was told that the cashier’s name is Helen. Today is my husband’s birthday, but this shopping incident completely ruined our mood. This was not the level of service I expected as a long-time customer! The app experience was also confusing and disappointing, not mention that the in-store service was even worse. Sadly, after today, I don’t think I will be returning.

This is one of the Paris Baguette locations in the Bay Area. As expected, the experience is consistent with what you get from this well-known chain. For those unfamiliar, Paris Baguette is a South Korean bakery chain inspired by French-style pastries, offering a wide variety of freshly baked breads, pastries, savory pies, sandwiches, and coffee.
Since it’s a chain, you can expect similar quality across locations, and this one is no exception. I stopped by for a casual meetup and ordered a regular coffee along with their coffee bun. Both were good and met expectations. I especially enjoy their savory baked snacks, which are always reliable.
Overall, if you’re in the area and looking for a dependable bakery-café option, this Paris Baguette is a solid choice.

I have bad experiences at other paris baguette so I came to this location and guess what, this place is great and have freshly made cake that can satisfy customer request and customers service is great! Definitely my new goto for paris baguette. I dont mind driving even the one nearby my house is 2 mins away. I wouldn't go back there.

Really kind staff. Was in a hurry to purchase a cake for an event in 30 min, and staff immediately noticed, helping us finish the purchase within a few minutes of my mom & I walking in. Henry was very kind in speeding the purchase and recommended leaving a review; so very happy to :). In terms of atmosphere, everyone seemed to have a good time, whether eating with family, studying, spending with friends, etc. Moving to menu, large selection (including cakes) some of which are moderate sweetness that my mom & I enjoy. Cake chosen at time of visit was very popular at potluck we attended around 20 minutes after purchase.

There are several Paris Baguettes but this one is the best. More spacious and great customer service - they were able to personalize my daughter’s cake and we were delighted with the end product!

I have been using this location of Paris Baguette for over a year with large catering orders multiple times a month. The staff has been very customer service focused until today. I've not been able to place catering orders online or on their app for the past month or so. Since the problem, I have been able to call and place the order with staff but not today. I was told they couldn't take my order and I should try again online later. I called at 3:30pm on 9-5. I will have to think about using this particular Paris Baguette location in the future.
