As a long-time customer of this branch of Peet's, I can't help but praising the service. The team here is consistently professional and caring, making every visit a pleasure. What sets this coffee shop apart is the friendly atmosphere provided by the team members. Whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment, the cozy seating and friendly staff make it a haven. My observation from the team members is that they are always there to cordially serve you. My many years of experience with the team members of this branch is opposite of what was expressed in an earlier comment here. The team members are always focusing entirely on the customers. Terrible rude service. My latte was unlabeled, incorrect (way off not even close to what I ordered) On top of this they were not busy, employees were all hiding in the back- rude manager on duty - no apologies I asked for a refund which I received but his sour disposition and sour face convinced me to never patronize this location
its getting really annoying how even when i drive 50 extra miles to go to another peets in a different city, its the same experience. slow, no pastries, have to wait 20 minutes for them to prepare a simple cup of coffeethis is now a universal experience at every peets in californiawhat is going on with peets, why is it becoming such trash

I stood in line for about 5 minutes while all employees focused on online orders and made jokes with one another. They had no customer service to serve the human beings in front of them and were solely focused on the online orders. They need some service training.
