I’ve been a loyal Philz customer for years, always ordering the same drink: a large iced Ecstatic, sweet and creamy. But honestly, I’m frustrated. The inconsistency is baffling — sometimes it’s overly sweet, other times barely sweet at all. It feels like a gamble every time I order, even though I ask for the exact same thing.
On top of that, more than once, I’ve been handed a cup with coffee already spilled on the side or bottom. If you’re serving a drink to-go, at least wipe it down — I shouldn’t have to worry about staining my clothes or car because of careless presentation.
Philz used to be my go-to, but lately it feels like quality and customer service are slipping.

I came to San Jose and tried the iced mint mojito for the first time, and it was surprisingly to my taste. I went there three days in a row while I was in San Jose, just to drink this. The atmosphere of the Philz Coffee shop was nice, and most importantly, there was a white female employee working there, and she was very kind. She even gave me a salmon sticker.

The wait was a little long on a Sunday morning. I got an iced rose latte, light sweetness and light creaminess. I thought those were perfect, but was thrown off a little by the taste — I think it was spiced? Didn’t really taste a particular rose flavor. It was an okay drink overall but it was totally not what I was expecting. I’d probably want to come back and try some other items to see what is my speed and what is not.

This is amazing and cozy coffee bar right at the heart of cupertino main street. In last three weeks I visited the place atleast 4 times , 3 times for formal catchup with the team and on Saturday I was meeting a friend. I thoroughly enjoyed choice of milks/creams and special flavour. my favourite is mint flavour
Great place to sit outside and chat over a cup of coffee.

My partner and I have been to several Philz locations but Cupertino hits differently! Have to say the service by far is the best we’ve encountered. Solid team overall with any visit but have to give a special shout out to Drew! We’re his new regulars and he makes our drinks 10/10 every time.
