I come here just for the vegetarian pho. The broth is delicious! Tried the Tully location and it’s nowhere near as good.
Love the cleanliness of this spot, can eat inside or out. They recently redid the tables along the wall on the right, now there are long booths jutting out from the wall.
Customer service is hit and miss, mostly good, sometimes there’s only one waitstaff so you have to flag them down.
I come eat whenever I am nearby.
My fiancé and I stopped by Pho Hoa Noodle Soup on Homestead and had a solid meal. We ordered the Vietnamese Beef Stew and the Vegetarian Pho. The beef stew was really flavorful — the brisket chunks were tender, juicy, and cooked just right. There was a generous portion of noodles, maybe a bit too much, which left us wanting more of that rich broth. A touch more spice would’ve taken it to the next level, but overall it hit the spot.
The vegetarian pho was clean and light, with a nice assortment of vegetables that made it feel balanced and satisfying. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something on the healthier side. Service was quick and the space was casual but comfortable. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!
Treated myself to a solo date here and loved everything about it. The vibe inside is super chill—perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet meal. I ordered a slushie boba, pho, and spring rolls, and everything was delicious. The pho was flavorful and comforting, the spring rolls were fresh and crispy, and the boba drink was perfectly sweet and refreshing. Great spot if you’re craving something tasty and low-key. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Both times we've come to this Pho shop we've been exceptionally pleased. They are reasonably priced, promptly served by pleasant staff. It's about five times the distance as most of the Pho shops. Won't bother with Pho if it's not from here. Be sure to try the duck pho; it's amazing!
Usually pho spots are delicious and messy. Pho Hoa has a cool clean aesthetic that comes with the dishes. For example the banh mi comes with a cute egg on top. The rice plates look designed. And it's all delicious and fresh with satisfying meat portions. The lychee explosion is a refreshingly sweet drink but it comes with too much ice.
$5 minimum cc order. Food was fresh & tasty. Just enough is enough for a regular appetite. Hot tea is a bag of jasmine in a cup.

I’m disappointed with the food and service. The wait time was excessively long, and while the noodle portions were acceptable, the soup was overly salty. The side vegetables were in very small portions, and there was no lemon provided as expected. Overall, the food quality was poor, and I won’t be returning.

Very mid flavors. Pho broth just salty, not complex. Shrimp in spring rolls taste old. Raw ingredients tasted fresh (basil, bean sprouts, rice noodles).

Based on the photo in their menu, I ordered their seafood soup to go because it looked awesome. When I opened it, there were 3 tiny shrimps instead of three large juicy prawns like on the photo, absolutely no squid, unlike those 4 juicy pieces of squid on their menu photo, 3 over-boiled piece of salmon, that literally tasted like cardboard because they were overcooked, and a bunch of cheap fish balls that are jot even in the photo. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and most likely a long time ago, and they DO NOT reflect the reality of what you get today. This restaurant cuts the corners and deceives their customers, I can’t recommend it unless you like to be lied to.Another thing to note: I ordered a take out and they told me to wait 10-15 minutes and they would call me, so I sat in front of the register, but 20-25 min passed and I went to check on my order because it was way too long, and there it was: sitting on the take out table inside their kitchen, but nobody even had a remote thought to notify me that it was ready. Excellent service! They charge you for the take out plastic as well, so I guess I was “lucky” they did not build-in tips into their price like other pho restaurants are doing these days.
