Such great pho and flavors!! The service was quick, the server was helpful, and the menu was huge!! Indoor and outdoor seating! I had such an amazing experience and the atmosphere was great. The pho was so delicious ❤️

Great phi noodle shop. Broth was on point. I like to get the veggie pho with beef broth. Awesome. Packed with veggies and very flavorful. Large size is truly a large. Bubble tea was tasty and not too expensive.

I’ve tried many pho places around the San Jose area and I always come back to Pho Hoa as my favorite!

The garlic steak pho is probably my favorite but I would also recommend the ginseng hen and duck pho. They also have a vegetarian broth and pho dish.

The service is very friendly every time I go. They will give you recommendations if you ask and don’t know what to try. The inside of the restaurant and bathroom are always clean and well maintained, you can tell the staff care about keeping it nice and comfortable to be there.

There’s also plenty of parking as it’s in a joined lot with many other businesses. It’s busy but there’s always free spots close by.

I come here just for the vegetarian pho. The broth is delicious! Tried the Tully location and it’s nowhere near as good.

Love the cleanliness of this spot, can eat inside or out. They recently redid the tables along the wall on the right, now there are long booths jutting out from the wall.

Customer service is hit and miss, mostly good, sometimes there’s only one waitstaff so you have to flag them down.

I come eat whenever I am nearby.
