The pizza might be decent, but the service completely ruins the experience. The man with glasses and earrings who served us was shockingly rude from the moment we walked in. He seemed angry and irritated to even have customers, mumbling under his breath and giving off a tense, hostile attitude that made everyone uncomfortable. During the lunch rush, something that happens daily, he always looks like he is on the verge of losing it, openly showing frustration instead of professionalism. When we asked for a to-go box, he responded with a condescending tone and even questioned whether we were “actually going outside to eat,” which was both unnecessary and disrespectful. He also slammed pizza boxes down in front of customers like it was an inconvenience to serve them. Overall, the atmosphere was miserable, and the service was disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and eat anywhere else.

Terrible experience at this location. The employee was rude, pacing around and loudly complaining about another customer. He slammed trays around and acted annoyed when people asked for to go boxes, which should be basic service. Unprofessional and uncomfortable visit. Pizza was fine, bit on the oily side and the ambiance was fine other than the employee with glasses and earrings.

The guy serving us (glasses and earrings) was beyond rude and made the whole experience miserable. He came across as angry and standoffish from the moment we walked in, like he resented even having customers. He kept mumbling angrily to himself as if everything annoyed him, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. When we asked for a to-go box, he was condescending and even questioned if we were “actually going outside to eat”—something that shouldn’t matter at all. Every time there’s a lunch rush (which is basically every day), he looks like he’s about to throw a fit and completely loses his composure in front of everyone. To top it off, when serving pizza, he would smack the box down in front of you in the most disrespectful way possible. The pizza might be decent, but the service is absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
Something has changed in the past few months and this has become my favorite pizza spot. Ample toppings, delicious sauce and dough cooked just enough but not too much. The Big Sur is my fav, but the mushroom, manresa and chicken & bacon are solid runner up’s.

I have used the Cupertino location for many years to ‘feed the children’ in my summer education program. The staff there are always warm, friendly, have my order ready, and help me carry my large orders out to my car. Pizza My Heart is my favorite pizza and Cupertino is my favorite location!!! Yummm………
