I have used the Cupertino location for many years to ‘feed the children’ in my summer education program. The staff there are always warm, friendly, have my order ready, and help me carry my large orders out to my car. Pizza My Heart is my favorite pizza and Cupertino is my favorite location!!! Yummm………

I ordered what appeared to be a combination pizza, but after tasting it, something was clearly off. It turned out to be the Vegan Big Sur. Despite me specifically asking for a combination slice, the employee never bothered to mention it was vegan. It’s partly my fault for not asking, but the employee taking my order could have at least mentioned it.

This is a very good pizza place in fast food category. They have slices which is a pretty quick, easy, decent option. 1)Basil Almond Pesto Slices are good 2)Build your own is good too and they are generous in adding toppings which is usually a rarity in other fast food joints.

Do not order pizza from this location. Pizza itself was Ok (not too good, not too bad). But delivery was pretty bad. They did not include any parmesan, peppers, or napkins (I selected it specifically), and did not delivery at promised time.

Love this pizza chain. Pizza was delicious and restaurant is pretty cool with a Bettle hanging on the wall.
One bite everyone knows the rules…just had a baby and craved a large slice and these guys were so nice and the pizza tasted great. It was late and they still had the slices I wanted. Since I just moved down the street I’ll be back a lot

Pizza quality is great. The ambience is great and clean with light music appropriate for a pizza conversation. Servers are friendly and serve with a smile. Would love to come back with a big group of friends. Was impressed with the attention to detail to the interior design. Hard to see this at a pizza place.

It’s an above average chain and I would get their pizza again. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the beyond sausage, but the vegan pepperoni is worth a try! I didn’t try their vegan cheese, but that’s next on my list. I had a create your own pizza and it’s pricey compared to Pieology, Mod, Blaze, etc. but it’s better than most well known chains. The ambience was nice too! They have plenty of seasoning/ spices to choose from on the side and it was pretty good! Plenty of vegetarian options/ vegan options.
Vegetarian options: They had a few specialty vegetarian pizzas or can create your own. Vegan cheese, pepperoni and sausage to choose from!
Dietary restrictions: If you don’t eat dairy or meat, they have vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni, and vegan sausage.
Parking: Free parking garage, can be packed.
Kid-friendliness: They had a kids coloring menu that has spot the differences etc.
