I love eating at red hot wok, probably one of the best Taiwanese restaurants in the area.
Recommended dishes: sizzling lamb with black pepper sauce( you can choose any protein with the sauce, personally I prefer lamb), three cup chicken, stir fried lamb with bamboo shoots.

My fave Cupertino restaurant. Super casual small spot, no hype, no lines, just solid home food and fried rice the way i like it, light, white, and not overly salted with soy sauce. One outdoor table with bench. My ideal dining experience

But with only 2 waitresses for all the tables on a weekend, we had to wait a long time to even pay the bill. The place is not huge but only 2 people on the floor to be the cashier/host/waitress is not enough.
No water refill either.
The food was good but I may not come back being other places as tasty as this one with better service.
Not sure if it was only this day but the atmosphere was tense too because...
