I dined there with my friend near 6:30pm and ordered beef noodles. The noodle has weird taste and the waitress kept interrupting us by asking us to pay when we were eating and insisted must in cash. This process took us nearly 10 mins.. later, the chef came, and smoked a cigarette by our table! I was worrying if the ash would drop into our bowls the whole time before we left… would never visit this store anymore!

We ordered food online from another restaurant and found out it was closed when we wen5 to pick it up. This place was great, very busy but very quick service, very friendly and the food was great!

The lady in charge of taking order refuses to take single orders. She randomly adds more items and force us to pay. Any single orders done through their website will get cancelled. When called in, she actually yelled at us over the phone. worst experience ever.

Great Shanghai cuisine! Delicious. But service is so so.

As a native shanghainese, I am disappointed with the three dishes I ordered - yes there is supposed to be a sweet element in some shanghainese dishes but absolutely not all. To be fair, it's not the worst I have tried. But as a shanghainese, this is a big disgrace and complete torture of people's perception of Shanghai dishes.

Go for the shen jian bao (生煎包) and the Shanghainese meatball (獅子頭).

I know this isn’t the right thing to order but… I was in the mood for some General Tso’s chicken. It was obviously just microwaved chicken tenders covered in sauce. The sauce wasn’t terrible but… If you own s restaurant, you should fry your own chicken.

3 of the 4 people got diarrhea the night after we ate the food there. We are pretty sure we didn't have any other suspicious food. So please use fresh food and make sure the food quality reach the bar.

Mongolian beef was pretty greasy and not tasty. The duck appetizer I got was pretty bad as well. My friend who also ordered was pretty disappointed. For the 25 bucks I spent I would get any other food.

Covid protocol is takeout only, with contactless payment available. They have plexiglass shields between you and them. Order ahead for easy pickup. We usually get the pan fried buns, tomato loofah gluten, green onion pancakes, among other things. All good.

Refused to give us food even after showing receipt and everything.

If you rate a restaurant where half of the stars goes for food and the rest for service, I would give them 2.5 stars. The good is that the food is good and kind of fairly priced.

My wife fell in love with this restaurant and, when we were in th ed area, took an opportunity to take me there. Good food at amazing prices. I had beef noodle stew and we shared some dim sum pork dumplings and green onion pancakes. The combination was great and the service was really fast. With the variety of items on the menu it is hard not to order too much!
