Unfriendly staff, preordered birthday cake has no birthday decoration as as shengkee store usually has. Will not recommend

Denied my service dog and I from entering. Kinda understand but still did not make me feel good, was sad for about an hour.

I have a service dog for my disability. They denied my service dog. I explained to them about my service dog they denied me. This is the violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act.

If you want to experience the feeling of owing someone five million, this is a good place. The waiter looks at every customer as if he is the enemy who killed his father. One piece of bread is just more than enough, it’s not necessary!

Did they pay staffs too low or what? The staffs there all looked like very pissed! I went there a few times around 9:00 am when some of the breads were not put on the shelf yet. I asked politely and almost humbly (because the past bad experience)to get some from the storage carts, the staff was always like I owed her a few millions!!

Come on! You either serve your customers with a right attitude or tell us “Get the fxck out, don’t come until I put that on the shelf!!!” Why did it with that pissed off face?!

8/27/24 I went here and bought half a loaf of white toast, pineapple custard buns, scallion bread and 2 custard buns. I didn't check them carefully when I checked out. The total was $16.65. When I got home and looked at the receipt, I found that the clerk had overpaid for whole wheat toast ($5.60).
In retrospect, this should have been added on purpose. Please be careful.

Very disappointed for this Sheng Kee Location.

I shopped in Sheng Kee a lot in Daly City location. And I love its food and service in Daly City Sheng Kee location.

Today, I traveled to Cupertino and want to buy some snack for tonight. Sheng Kee Cupertino is my first choice since I experienced so great in Daly City location.

However, I don’t know I buy too little stuff or whatever, the cashier no even ask me whether I want to get a bag or not. When she finished checking out, she walked away. I want to take a walk in this Cupertino plaza, so I need a bag to hold those two little pastries. Therefore, I need to stand here and wait for a staff to ask whether I could get a bag.

This is never happened in the Daly City location. I am very disappointed about this location service. I will never come back since there is a lot of bakery location in the South Bay Area with good service.

Hmmm...as a black sesame lover, I rarely not recommend any black sesame product, probably this is the first time.
