Loved the fried chicken. Super crispy and juicy. Didn’t like the bowl as much. It doesn’t have too much flavour but felt healthy to eat.

I think I got noro from the oyster mee sua. I've never had such a bad experience of waking up nauseous in the middle of night not once but twice and needing to vomit. I spent the entire day after nauseous and unable to even keep down water.

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location online, but the staff were super helpful and quickly rearranged it for me. The service was smooth and friendly. The food itself was really delicious — fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. Highly recommend!

Had the opportunity to try a few different things here, including pro milk, tea, winter melon, tea, green tea, fried potato, and fried mushroom. Along with the chicken rice box. They all tasted great, and the food was fresh, happy to have heard that it was not frozen. Will definitely come back.

I ordered a Popcorn Chicken Rice Box, but the popcorn chicken didn’t even have basil — something absolutely unacceptable for a Taiwanese. The rice also didn’t have any braised pork sauce, which was clearly inconsistent with the picture. Do not order the popcorn chicken.
As for the Mango Shaved Ice, the mango was unripe and hard — definitely something you should avoid as well.

This restaurant is inside a small food court providing authentic street Taiwanese food. Food is good.

was very disappointed to find a hair in my meal. This is unacceptable for hygiene and food safety. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves their quality control.

All the Shilin items are similar, but this location has fried fish balls, I'm so happy !

I had accidentally ordered something too spicy for me and needed to ask for a replacement. The original guy who handed the order to me was rude and basically blew me off. They ended up keeping my business due to the lady who works there and the kind gentleman who was at the fryer. They heard I was struggling and immediately rectified the issue. I have ordered mild before with no issues today I ordered mild and it was WAY too spicy for me. Thank you to the fryer man and the lady. 🩷

Dirty , bare hands operating on food, dirty containers put next to trash cans.
extremely slow. Horrible place.
I didn’t even eat the oyster omelet, it was so sticky and disgusting, initial bite tastes so bad that I’d rather wasted $15

Boba is not the chewy kind. It's konjac boba instead. Not the Taiwanese style boba I expected.

The shaved ice is more like a snow cone with literally crushed ice and a bit of flavor on top - would not recommend

Luscious French fries and salty crispy chicken are both good

The place is part of a small food court, I got Oyster Mee Sua, to my taste it is thin noodles in thick/starch broth, the good is pretty good, but I'm not a big fun of thick soup overall. I was served within 5 minutes (came around 8 pm)

Got a Taiwanese Shaved Ice and regretted the choice. For $10, the toppings were extremely meager and it was almost all ice. The shaved ice was also very coarse.
