Don’t come or be prepared to wait at least an hour.

I’m not complaining about the drink itself; I’m talking about the staff’s attitude. You—the one wearing round glasses with a mole beneath your left eye, near your cheek—were working around 5:42 PM. At first, you were perfectly fine, but then you adopted a very strange attitude toward me. All I did was ask when my order would be ready; yet, while you answered other Chinese customers in a completely normal manner, your response to me was curt—and you didn't even bother to check the status of my drink. Why did you have to act that way?

Ordered at the kiosk. wait time is 40mins for a drink, not even big enough to show you the wait time. Not good customer service. Drinks are good but not worth your time

Worst experience ever. I arrived right when they opened, only to be told their ordering system was down. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes, and the staff didn’t offer any explanation. No compensation, no communication—just total indifference to my time. Very poor service and management.

Amazing place for fruit smoothies. I would 100% recommend giving the coconut avocado smoothie a try, it was so delicious and it’s pretty large in size for how much it is. Waiting time wasn’t too crazy if you ordered ahead, but do expect it take a little longer than other places because it is real fruit smoothies. The carrying bag and cup is high quality and unique aswell. I didn’t have the best experience with the strawberry avocado smooth, strawberry was very bland and it sweet at all. But overall had a great experience 👍

Got the avocado strawberry drink, and it was very refreshing and creamy! It was a light drink - don’t come here expecting a sugary drink. I’m not sure how I feel about the oat boba. It has a slight crunch and tastes like a rice paste when you bite into it, very different from standard boba pearls. Make sure to order in advance online to avoid the hour long wait!

Tried the new Hickory Tibetan Tea series and it was such a unique experience. The tea flavor is rich and aromatic, and 30% sweetness was perfect. The hickory milk foam was nutty and creamy, and paired so well with the tea. Super delicious overall — highly recommend the version with pearls.

ShuShia’s taro drink is absolutely delicious! The taro flavor tastes real and rich—not artificial or overly sweet. It’s perfectly creamy with a smooth texture, and you can actually taste the natural taro aroma in every sip. The sweetness level is well-balanced, making it refreshing but still indulgent. This has quickly become one of my favorite drinks at ShuShia. Highly recommend for any taro lover!
