Starbird Chicken

Probably the best fast casual chicken restaurant that doesn't specialize in hot chicken.

Pretty decent priced with a good app and overall a lot to like on their menu. They also have some unique sides like brussel sprouts.

Overall I visit a couple times a year and would recommend.

There wasn't much customer service . You place your own order on the kiosk and then you pick up your order at the counter where the employee leaves it, No interaction with a human!

The food was so delicious! Order was served with plenty of fries. Food was fresh and hot, ready within a few minutes. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating.

Starbird is one of our favorite chicken restaurants. I especially love the salads. We’ve always had great food when we get our food from Starbird.

Was passing through and came here based on the reviews. I do not recommend this place. Chicken tenders were dry and fries were stale, like everything had been sitting out for awhile. I did see a big sheet pan of chicken tenders in the kitchen, so I guess they cook big batches and reheat when ordered. My teenage son didn't even finish his chicken and fries because they weren't good. It wasn't cheap either, $47 for 2 people.

I was confused why they have good reviews overall but our food was so bad. I looked at some of the accounts for the 5 star reviews and the account history for many looks suspicious to me. New accounts and very few reviews.

Very yummy! Crispy, juicy chicken, good veggies, tasty sauce. I hope they someday expand to Oregon, since I only visit Cali a few times a year. The Japanese BBQ chicken was amazing. I got the sandwich, but next time I'd want the salad, because that flavor lends itself well to a salad.
