I have visited this Starbucks coffee shop several times in the afternoon, and I love its location, coffee, desserts—especially the Apple Croissant—as well as the clean and comfortable environment.
I am particularly fond of one enthusiastic barista. Each time I step through the door, I am warmly greeted by her enthusiastic welcome. Seeing her feels like encountering a friendly family member. She patiently answers all my questions about desserts and coffee and thoughtfully helps me choose the most delicious and satisfying options.
I wanted to ask for her name, but seeing how diligently she was serving every customer, I didn’t want to interrupt her work. Instead, I took a photo to express my appreciation and to encourage your company to recognize her positive and dedicated attitude.
She is truly a joyful presence, making my short visits to your store delightful and memorable.

Good location
This morning, I stopped at Starbucks on my way to work after realizing I had left my coffee at home. I placed a mobile order, but to my surprise, I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. When I arrived and realized my mistake, I decided to get in line, knowing I’d already be running a little late.
Despite it being 6:30 AM, the line moved quickly. When I explained the mix-up while placing my order, the barista, Lauren, was incredibly kind and understanding. She immediately offered to remake my drink and did so with a warm and friendly attitude. Not only that, but she greeted every customer who walked in while effortlessly managing the front counter and making orders.
Her kindness and great service turned my morning around. Thank you, Lauren!

Staffs are laid back, takes forever to make one drink while the store is not busy.

Starbucks Coffee in the corner of Stevens Creek and De-anza Blvd? Oh, you mean a favorite place! Their baristas nail my latte art every time, and the java jolt is just right to conquer any day. Cozy vibes, comfy chairs, and the aroma of freshly ground beans – it's my happy place. Sure, sometimes the line is a bit long, but hey, good things come to those who wait, right? Whether I'm catching up with friends or crushing deadlines, Starbucks always delivers the goods (and the caffeine!). Five stars on service and decorum. ☕🌟

I like this place very much but now the vibes are not like earlier. Greetings are less. The cofeee gave super hot but that's ok but I am not getting the taste like before. Even no courtesy to ask to warm up petit vbean scone. Professionalism and enthusiasm became little less and not getting the vibes of
