Could you please stop using paper cups like this for ice drinks，No fun with ice drinks at all！

One employee is very rude, i have to use restroom first before I order my drink but he was like only customer will allowed to use restroom if they order first . I ordered my drink first and then used restroom and restroom are dirty too . I’ll make sure I’ll never come back to same location again because of this type of behavior for customers .

This is one of my goto spots for coffee. The menus keep getting updated but for some reason I keep feeling that I have had better coffee elsewhere (also starbucks).

I do not have any complaints with the service, it is just the quality of the food and the coffee.

Vegetarian options: They mostly have 'eggetarian' options. So Vegans and Vegetarians beware.

The workers really don’t care and do a shitty job of taking orders. (wish i could take my tip back smh). When confronted about where my drinks are after waiting for almost 20 minutes, they rudely said they were on the counter 1. They never got my name for the order 2. They never called out the drink order either 3. They placed them in the mobile app area. The whole time they were just checking eachother out on the Work Ipad. Worst Starbucks Ever. Thanks for making me late to work.

Impossible to sit and relax at the outdoor tables. There are constantly some older guys being extremely loud and smoking cigarettes sometimes at all times of the day. Most of the time they clearly aren't even Starbucks customers. It's been like this for years now. Not sure why this is allowed. Isn't there a law about smoking not being allowed near building entrances?

Ordered salted caramel cold brew thrice from this store, but they did not put the salted caramel foam two of those times. Disappointed.

I decided to stop at a Starbucks on my way in to work, and I got my usual shaken espresso drink. To my frustration, I realized after I had already left that my drink was almost entirely ice (the photo in my review was after only a couple sips)...

Not only was that disappointing, but to add insult to injury, this location has started to put all drinks in paper cups with paper lids. I'm sorry, but there are other eco-friendly things that can be done than just making everything paper. Having an iced beverage in a paper cup, through a paper sip lid is quite an unpleasant experience. You might think "Well, just get one of their iconic green plastic straws, then!" Guess what? This location uses paper straws too.

Honestly, I intend to go out of my way from now on to not ever get a drink from here ever again.

The staff is very sweet. But the acoustics in this location are jarring at best. It's clean. But it's got a really hard atmosphere.
