food was immaculate i loved every sip of my drink service was very kind and polite atmosphere was good but not the best but not the worst solid 4 stars it was quiet calm easy to talk and nice between 1-10 we had a great time keep it up 👌😁

The food and coffee were excellent (5/5), but the atmosphere was outdated, with old wooden tables and chairs, making it not very cozy.

So grateful for Chester, the store Manager! There was a small mistake with my fiancées matcha order. Not only did he fix the problem, he hand delivered the corrected order and gave us a gift card for her next matcha. Thank you so much!

Great spot, but if you plan to work from here, definitely bring a sweater — it gets cold. The AC is always blasting, and I realized I wasn’t the only one shivering after hearing a few others say the same.

So slow, it has been 20 mins now since I ordered simple latte at the store. I would be faster to buy my coffee from nearby Safeway and prepare at home.

my drink was rly good I think they added more caramel than usual which made it so yummy. I definitely recommend the caramel ribbon crunch it's my fav.

The inside of this starbucks is very beautiful, they have plenty of places to sit and even an outside area. The coffee is as expected from starbucks, it’s good but definitely not the best. As for the service it was great, my order was done pretty fast after I ordered it and they got everything right.

It’s a nice space, but I can’t stand that they serve iced coffees and cold brew in these weird oversized paper cups. Maybe this is an environment thing but it makes the coffee experience a little unpleasant, so I just go somewhere else now.

Could you please stop using paper cups like this for ice drinks，No fun with ice drinks at all！

One employee is very rude, i have to use restroom first before I order my drink but he was like only customer will allowed to use restroom if they order first . I ordered my drink first and then used restroom and restroom are dirty too . I’ll make sure I’ll never come back to same location again because of this type of behavior for customers .

This location is fast and efficient, especially for morning rush-hour. I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to get my drink. Location is very spacious with a lot of seats and table to sit and do your work or hang out and relax while you enjoy your drink. Plenty of parkingsince this is located in a large shopping plaza.
