Unfortunately you can’t leave zero stars so I’ll give one begrudgingly. Weekday manager was rude and sold me sandwiches I didn’t order. Much better starbucks right down De Anza Ave, go there.

We placed an order for delivery today before noon, around 5 pm we received an email that the order had been completed and was out for delivery, which was due by 7 pm. I waited until 7:40 pm but I wake up early so I just called to see if it could still be switched to pick up or was the delivery already out. The gentlemen who answered the phone, whose name was Sergio, stated to me "well you did this.. so I don't know... before trailing off... and me then stopping him and promptly ended the call as a paying customer I do not have to be spoken to that way and I will not tolerate it. I am not sure what his intention was or what he felt could be gained by approaching this situation with rudeness.. but it was rude and completely uncalled for. This store is next to my house but I will just drive a little further and go somewhere else.

Same thing every morning. One employee taking orders and goes to make the coffee.20 minutes waiting for cup of coffee.
Very clean, large &:great varieties in food. They always seem to have what I'm looking for & need. 5 ☆
