I never write reviews, but I wanted to leave one for Aimee. She's the reason my husband and I kept coming back here, and now she tells us she's leaving! She always has a smile, always kind, and she really cares. Once she even gave my grandchildren a little sample of a pink drink, and they didn't like it-saved me nearly ten dollars! She won employee of the month too, and the other baristas made her the sweetest poster (I had my son take a photo). Just by watching them, it’s obvious how close the workers are, which makes this Starbucks such a nice place.
Special thanks also to Ariel and Emma, who have also been so sweet when we're here.

I've only ordered a Matcha Latte for here in a mug.
The staff is very warm and attentive, the latte was made how I ordered it (almond milk, unsweetened, hot) and was adequate (except a little under-filled), and the atmosphere is honestly above-par for a Starbucks; there's plenty of seating in varying styles, so whether you're meeting someone here, studying, or just having a coffee, I'd vote for this place.
Room for improvement: Fill the cups all the way, clean the tables (a little dirty).

I always go to Starbucks in different places, but today was a sad visit.
We ordered some muffins and the new horchata drink and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Venti Frappuccino. My sadness was with the Frappuccino; it had no flavor at all, just a scent of water. I politely told the waitress that it was very plain and I would just put more caramel on top, but it was the ice that had no flavor, so she proceeded to change it.
And the second one was worse; now it wasn't a Frappuccino anymore, it was milk with water, and it was just as flavorless. How unpleasant to end up throwing it away. And my horchata drink was half ice and half drink, which I finished very quickly.
What an unpleasant visit to that branch.
Rude staff who don't know how to greet customers. When you wait in line to order, they ignore you because they are that lazy. The girl who works the sunday evening shift yawning and pretending to clean is the worst! She has time to goof around but won't move her ass for customers!
I ordered a venti iced coffee with LIGHT ice. After 5 sips in, I finished my drink. The baristas are inconsistent and sometimes mess up your order.
Friendly staff, but can run into swarms of high school students!
Just give me what i order. Dont make changes. If i ask for tall, give me in tall cup. If i ask for grande give me in grande cup. Super annoying. One star.
Aimee was the most helpful cashier I've ever met, very knowledgeable about the menu and able to give great recommendations. Starbucks is lucky to have such an enthusiastic worker.

Typical Starbucks inside, with a very nice staff. Their seasonal drinks and cream cold brews are always good.

I drink Starbucks once a day for sure. I am regular at this branch. All the baristas are very professional and nice: Amanda, Leon, Julia and d so on.
Dietary restrictions: They have plenty of milk alternatives.
