We ordered a pickup of two sandwitches and a cookie. When we got home we realized the cookie is missing. The employee on the phone denied missing and said she put in two cookies. Very rude and dishonest, also hang up. Can we have some basic training on the employees?

Pickup order was not ready after I arrived at the store half an hour after the app said it was done. The employees laughed about me in Spanish. They did not bother to tell me what happened to it. The sandwich was sloppily made with the sauce all over the wrapping. The contents of the sandwich did not stay in the sandwich when it is eaten. One of the worst Subway shops that I have ever been to.

Bring a marker or a pen with you so that you can mark the sandwiches to know what they contain. The seller made a mistake and different sandwiches were given to people who did not order them. In the showcase, they have put a cover on the food containers and the customer cannot see the health status of the food. The quality is very low.

The server mistakenly put the a small pile of cheese slices such that they were touching the meat container… upon noticing and alerting him he chose to ignore and not discard the cross contaminated cheese .. his words were “don’t worry not all are vegetarians like you” I am not going to eat subway with such standards and this attitude towards customers

The lady whose name starts with letter J does not change gloves when handling non meat orders so you have to ask her to do it. Also she uses the same set of gloves to clean her counter and take customers orders. Very unhealthy behavior. Watch out when placing your order.
