The server mistakenly put the a small pile of cheese slices such that they were touching the meat container… upon noticing and alerting him he chose to ignore and not discard the cross contaminated cheese .. his words were “don’t worry not all are vegetarians like you” I am not going to eat subway with such standards and this attitude towards customers

Put old rotten provolone cheese in my sandwich, Mexican lady tried to kill me. Bread was old tasted moldy, this place should be shutdown. Worst sandwich i ever had will never go back here, horrible.

Should have read the reviews before going here. Toaster doesn’t work, no sauces, no changing of gloves for non meat orders. Absolute worst!! Avoid!

The lady whose name starts with letter J does not change gloves when handling non meat orders so you have to ask her to do it. Also she uses the same set of gloves to clean her counter and take customers orders. Very unhealthy behavior. Watch out when placing your order.

ordered online for pickup at this location, came in and watched the lady that just clocked in finish my sandwich she finished off one of my sandwiches with the mvp vinaigrette i told her that she put it on both sandwiches and that one of it has honey mustard, after a few times of asking her to please remake the sandwich she finally did with an attitude and skimped me on every ingredient, it was her mistake so why did she get mad at me for asking her to re make it.

Horrible customer service. There were 2 employees there speaking Spanish to one another. They don't acknowledge my presence they keep chatting, making me feel very unwelcome as if I was disrupting their rendezvous. When my server finally assists me, I asked for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. She uses the shredded rotisserie chicken instead of the white meat and claims the white meat chicken is extra charge from the usual cost of the CBR sandwich. I've had the sandwich many times and know that Im getting stiffed. If you look at the ads of the CBR sandwich it's still using the white meat chicken and gave attitude during the veggie prep of the sandwich. Then at checkout she says she doesn't understand English when I asked to scan my QR code to redeem points in the app. This whole experience put a damper in my day. You'll get good service if you speak Spanish.

I don't care what ethnicity you are but please hire employees who do speak & understand enough ENGLISH to make a customer's sandwich correctly as well as make a sandwich with care for it to look appetizing & not just everything slopped together everywhich way!

By far the worst subway I have eaten in 20 years. Staff Maria and one more person were extremely rude. For my online order they made me pay extra for cheese and sauce..When does subway charges extra for cheese and sauce?? When resisted they did not give me my food and asked to cancel the order..!! On top of this they said “Never come back”. Is this kind of customer service should one of expect at heart of Silicon Valley? Now when I am seeing this on google reviews, looks like I am not the first one to give this review and it does not seem matter to the owner or subway management.
