I always get what I order, whether it's in person or online for pickup. The pickup got changed recently where they just leave your sandwiches near the front, so I love doing that as I can just run in and grab my stuff without having to ask anyone. Portions are standard and the service is consistent here. Pre-Covid I used to take my oldest child and eat in with a bag of chips and we always enjoy the meal. I was looking for a good way to provide lunch for my coworkers and with this COVID-19 disaster going on, a typical buffet style lunch spread was out of the question! Subway to the rescue!! I talked with a super nifty guy names Carlos and we worked out a plan for the Subway to go boxes. I was able to provide a sandwich, chips, cookie and drink for each of my coworkers in an individual box labeled for each of them. We had a bad door dash experience made good by kind, friendly, helpful subway employee named Diane. We ordered subway via doordash when our order arrived it was all wrong. My entire meal was missing, my husbands sandwich was made incorrectly, we had no chips and a missing drink. I contacted doordash. But my husband was not having it ( I'm 3 months pregnant with twins and you dont mess with a pregnant womans food) so he DROVE to subway ready to give the staff a piece of his mind....read full review
