I was gonna get in and order. But a woman working at Subway is shouting at us Don’t let us park outside and order. Like this is just subway not Louis Vuitton or Hermes. How could you judge people even before they enter the store?? I think she is just being racist stopping Asians from getting in. She is literally making me dislike the store and will not come again. This kind of ppl deserves a layoff

Worst Subway customer service EVER!
I went there earlier today to pick up Subway and a drink from next door. I parked in the Subway 15-minute parking spot. I went to grab my drink first, then went back to my car and started placing my Subway order on my phone.

As I was ordering, I saw the lady working there repeatedly signaling for us to leave, in a very rude and mean way. I tried to gesture to her to let her know that I was placing my order on my phone.

When I went in to grab my sandwich and explain, instead of being understanding, she immediately started arguing with me in a very aggressive way. She said, “You should’ve ordered first after you parked.”

Who made that rule???
Aren’t we also customers? Or are we suddenly “not customers” because we also purchased something next door?

It was open for about 3 days when I stopped by. I was greeted by the owners, a woman and her daughter. They quickly made my 4 sandwiches. They were friendly and efficient. I will stop by again

I was a consistent customer, buying a sandwich every week up until they gave away my last order to the wrong person and then refused to refund my money or remake me a sandwich. Subway has lost my business for life because of his one poorly ran location.

Very rude.. even after placing an order in subway not preparing it claiming some system is not working. Initially i thought it was my mistake. Then there were other customer with same issue. The representative is talking very rude and claiming we didn’t place it even though order number and credit card charge is clear. Need some one from subway to investigate..

Disappointed with the rude attitude and poor customer service.
I usually enjoy Subway, but this location seriously needs to improve how they treat people—whether it’s customers or delivery drivers. One of the staff members was visibly unfriendly and acted irritated by even the simplest requests. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
