The tea tasted watered down and the pearls were really bad; they were literally either hard in the middle or completely mushy... Zero chewiness and they tasted like they had been left from overnight. Drink 2/10 The shop was almost empty with only one person making the drinks. I ordered from a kiosk and the drink came out quickly, too bad it was disgusting. But the two times I had their popcorn chicken from before that was really good.

Loved it. Both classical rose milk tea and peppermint milk tea were amazing. The flavors weren't overpowering and was just right. It's now our go to place.

Always come here when the kids are craving for bubble tea and pop chicken. Chicken was always good. Staff could be a bit more friendly. They are okay, but needs more positive vibes I think. They have a table outdoor with no chairs, but you could just stand and enjoy your tea.

The music was a bit loud, I was born near an airport so my hearing isn't all that great; I had a hard time hearing what one lady was saying, so she sounded a bit annoyed and rolled her eyes when I asked to repeat. I don't know if this was retaliatory or I just came here on a bad day, but the basil chicken seemed a bit undercooked and chewy, and the tea was good but contained less boba pearls and loaded with more ice than most places. EDIT: I have no clue what the alleged incident is that you're talking about, I was wearing a mask, so you are either confusing me with someone else or completely fabricating this to discredit me. Also, if you're allegedly having those kind of problems, they lifted the mandate last week, bro. I highly encourage anybody reading this and other reviews that the owner replied to, and you'll notice that most replies tends to shift blame onto the customer. Also, you said that you sent me a reply to Google, I don't see ANY replies on the review (screenshot below)... I highly recommend you for once, take responsibility for the actions of you and your employees instead of blaming everyone else but yourself when someone doesn't leave you a review you don't like.

It tastes like it’s been brewed for years and poured down the stomach of Keanu Reeves.Strawberry lemonade, more like strawBARELY lemonade cause this tastes like juice from a fairy’s buttcrack, but in a good way. The service here is terrible and the drinks are watered-down and not fresh. My sister and I went to this T4 location and all we were met with was indirect frustration/annoyance from the employee serving us. Over their loud music and customer's chatter, I could not hear the questions that were asked of me (how much sugar/ice/toppings/etc.) and asked if the server could repeat it again, and he rolled his eyes and met me with such implied annoyance and impatience (it was almost explicit) and spoke the question again as if I was a 2nd grader...what. There was another employee behind him, and she stared at me like I was an elephant in the room- forgive me, I couldn't think of a better analogy. Anyways, when we finally got the tea, they were so diluted and artificial tasting. I got the jasmine tea and my sister got the ginger tea. Both were so bad. I don't know how else to say it, but they were just bad. But nevertheless we still drank them because $. After about 15 min, my sister got severe stomach aches, probably from the tea. I don't know what they did to her tea, but I think the ginger was not fresh at all. It could've been a better experience if we were met with nice service... but safe to say I will never stop by T4 again!

As a long time customer and had very happy service prior, it is extremely disappointing to experience a very unpleasant service with the manager (the two cashiers were nice). After this manager on board in December, will not go to this place any more.
