We walked in and asked a few people. We said three, and they kept waiting at the door. No one paid attention to us, and they didn't arrange for us to sit at any table. All the waiters were busy with their own business and treated us like nothing, so we won't come again.

The pork kidney is stinky! All dishes share the same flavor.

Meat dishes have so much salt, oil and MSG to cover the real taste. Terrible service. Will not come again.

When I saw the advertisements on the website, I was reminded of the past two years ago.
After ordering online and paying the bill, I went to the store to pick up the meal. The store said that a certain dish was not available today and asked me to change it from several options. After being rejected, the young male clerk (guessed to be the store owner) said that he could not refund my money today because he still had to pay for it. I didn’t receive the money and refused to refund immediately (in that case, I didn’t get any food today, so why should I be charged?)
The store asked to leave a phone number and said that the refund would not be processed until the money was deposited into the account. After a few days, I did not receive it. I called to inquire and said that I had forgotten it and would process it now. Only then did I receive the refund.
The store doesn't sell that dish and doesn't indicate it on the website. Is this the customer's fault? After arriving at the scene, I forced myself to give someone else another meal. After being rejected, I insisted on delaying the refund, and then failed to fulfill my promise and delayed the refund again. A series of outrageous handling methods. Who is willing to come to the door again to find trouble for themselves?

Bad service. The server refused to change the wrong food that she put in to the box. She was rude.

Decent to go. The stew duck was on the fatty side, the bamboo was decent.

Good quantity for the price. I enjoyed the eggplant. However, the ingredients didn’t taste very fresh, particularly the meat and we found multiple hairs in our food.

Famous taiwanese porridge in bay area. They serve bottom-up porridge with sweet potato. When they are busy, you have to put your name, and they will call you to be seated.
You ordered the side dishes at the counter, and they will bring it to your table. There are plenty of items to choose from. If I am not mistaken, one plate is about $10. The food is good. Lunch time you can order a plate with 3 side dishes. After 8 pm, they also have 20% off the dishes.

Got the giant meatballs (great), oyster egg pancake (meh), stir fried clams (full of sand). The waiter doesn't ever come over, but can't really blame the guy when there's only him for front of house and host. It is EXPENSIVE for dinner.

Edit : overall experience deserve 2 stars .. Do not recommend. 不推荐, 非常遗憾...
* The food is between okay and good;
however,
* The service from one of the female staff members was loud and unfriendly. If I were the owner, I would reconsider keeping her on the team.

A note for the owner --- Feel free to contact me for more details. I believe the store can operate successfully for an extended period with a sustained feedback system in place, which will enable you to hire the right people.

I like that the food items are less greasy like some competing restaurants serve. The casual atmosphere serves me well. At one time, perhaps six months ago, the servers were rude. That seemed to have changed. Most staff seem more polite and gentle now.
