I had a very uncomfortable pickup experience today.

The restaurant was empty when I arrived. I politely said I was here for a pickup, but the staff member responded in a very rude and impatient tone, walked away without explaining the process clearly, and shouted instructions instead of speaking normally.

I was unclear whether she needed my phone number or the order number from the app, as this was never explained properly. After I gave the order number, she turned away without acknowledging me, and there was no basic courtesy such as “thank you” or “have a good day.”

I understand busy times can be stressful, but basic politeness and clear communication—especially when the store is empty—should be expected. This experience made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I visited the Restaurant today and was disappointed by the service. The waiter was noticeably rude and dismissive from the start—interrupting when we asked questions, responding with attitude, and making us feel unwelcome. The waiter’s attitude ruined the entire night. I asked to change a table because the one we were assigned was close to the door and we felt cold there. She said because we were the first client, we have to sit on the first table. She even asked me to go out and come back after a while in order to move to the next table. The level of rudeness was surprising. When I asked to talk to the boss, she said the boss was not there. I am not sure if he is really out or was just hiding. NEVER GO TO THE RESTAURANT IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE RUDE LADY RUIN YOUR DAY.

Ordered for to go for several times, but every time I came here, they always delayed for at least 20 minutes. If you can’t make it for that time, please just loose the time for customers to pick up the food.

Great Pecking Duck Place

I ordered the cold noodle dish based off the photo on the menu. It included meat on top. When the dish came it did not have meat on top. $19 for noodles and veggies. I said they had to include meat or charge less. They said I had to pay less as PHOTO IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE REPRESENTATIVE OF DISH!! I left.

Great peking duck with carving table side. The skin was crispy and duck was tasty. traditional and authentic! The duck soup made with the bones was excellent.

This place is definitely underrated! Stable good quality of food and clean environment (doesn’t look like they have opened for 10+ years). It’s going to be my usual place. Highly recommend fish head pancake(not sure what’s it called)

Our group of 2 pre-ordered a roast duck (need to call the day before and they can only accept one duck, not half). It’s prepared to perfection at our prescheduled time, well-cut, very crispy and tasty. We ordered a cold dish and the duck bone soup to accompany the roast duck. The service was awesome and attentive. Atmosphere is great — well decorated, not too noisy and easy to talk. They have private rooms too with round tables. I think this place is underrated and will sure to come back.

I recently needed to celebrate birthday and miss Peking duck so I decided to come here. I felt imperial treasure is way overpriced and Beijing Duck House is closed on Tuesday so I came here.

But honestly I'm pleasantly surprised at how delicious some of the food has become. Maybe they improved their cooking but I decided to give them 4 stars instead of the typical 3 I would have given for food before.

The missing one star has a lot to do with how long it took for us to get our food. Maybe it's because they were busy but we wait over an hour for our food including the duck that we pre-ordered.

Otherwise I think their duck is really good deal because they gives you a lot of sauce and the wraps so you don't necessarily have to order extra wraps like other places do.

The other dishes are not bad either especially the boiling fish because it's really delicious. Even the cauliflower was well made. I think this place definitely deserves coming back more often because the quility of cooking went up.

The service can be slow because they are so busy and I like the availability of those semi private spaces.

Crispy Tofu and Braised Eggplant are incredible. Servers are kind and service is fast. They can’t speak the best English but they know enough to get by.
