I had a terrible experience today at Tea Era. First of all, it took about 10 minutes in line afterward we wasted 15 minutes for a drink Overall, it was too sweet and horrible service. Normally, when we go there, they have good drinks and ok service but this is unacceptable!! The women who works here is so rude!

The service deteriorates so badly recently. I purchased the crispy chicken and it smells, obviously made by far from fresh chicken meat. Now both the food quality and attitude are bad.

I am the first one in the queue and they make other people order first. They said it’s ready and cannot cancel. They never said sorry! Bad attitude. I wait about 25 minutes. Will not come again. Tastes too oily. I never give any 1 star before but you don’t respect me, you worth it.

Classic homey boba spot, coming here for many years, hits every time. Did split cup and very good value. My favorite drink is the honeydew mt. Lots of tablespace, and good food like the popcorn chicken!

They have the best and the only brown sugar shave ice I can find. 1. Brown sugar wolong tea without milk 2. Lychee green tea without milk Are some of the best drink! I will come again when I come to file police report of violence of Broadcom employee.

I would like to note that the food is very good, the place is clean, and the staff are nice. However, I have had a few unfortunate incidences when my order went wrong. The wait is sometimes long as well. Otherwise, this place has no other flaws.

I went there and wanted to order a boba. After I did and paid for the order, the tablet started to lag and even tho the payment went through they said that they didn’t get my order, and they told me I had to “wait a few days” till the pending money goes back to your account. I just wanted to relax and drink boba after the gym but that didn’t happened.
