The bao buns aren't as fresh as the trucks, IMO. I normally get the pork belly and I've been here 3x already. The buns aren't quite as soft. At least it's a decent option considering their truck schedule isn't the most reliable.

Excelled food. menu is extensive and seasonal o a particularly high stadard. Definitely fine dining.
Ordered streamed spicy chicken and streamed miso cured tofu teates just beautiful, i just loved it.
