I like the make your own burger. Quick service. Shakes are great and big enough for 2 people to share. Make sure to order the shake after you are done otherwise they bring it during your meal.

Delicious, though pricey. They offer custom-built burgers, and the meat was perfectly cooked. Bun, meat, and toppings were all amazing. Burger doesn’t come with fries, it’s an extra $4 to have it on the side.Two burgers and a side of fries ran about $50 after tax and the 18% included service charge. Still, worth visiting every now and then. :)

We came here before and the food and service was so much better. We were a family of three and they charge us %18 as service charge. Service was not good they were so tired. They had Fries as side for burger before but now they charge us $5 and server didn’t tell us. I don’t like to pre charge as service even though I may pay same amount as a tip
i wish a took a photo but do not get the loaded tots, they were so weak. literally not loaded, so dry. they just sprinkled some cheese that came out dry af, and topped it w scallions and bacon but it was terrible. definitely not worth $9.50

Went for Happy Hour so menu was good value but I feel it probably lacked the quality of the post 6pm main food. Server was great and atmosphere was fine (it was a Tuesday). A heads up, bill came with 18% gratuity already included…

Their burger are good! Great selection and they allow customization.They charge a tip of 18% irrespective of the group size which is kinda unfair. And 10% tip on take out orders.They have a few cocktails, hard liquor and beers on tap and bottled.Be prepared to wait for at least 30-45 min during dinner times.

Went for dinner on the 4th of July. The place was half empty. Not sure if it's because of the public holiday and they were under staffed, but the service was poor. The veggie burgers were under seasoned. Given this experience, the default 20% tip rubs salt.
