They were so busy, and customers had to wait more than 20 minutes to receive the food. But, the manager and staff were doing good jobs to take care of customers. Good job!

Fried chicken sandwich: good. Tons of shredded onions as a filling. I wish there’s some lettuce or green leaf veggie in this.

Friend got the beef burger, it tastes good 😊 the bread is of a hard crust, kinda hard to bite on.

Went here on my birthday to get a birthday charburger and the coupon barcode was not showing up. The very kind lady taking my order was kind enough to honor the free burger even without the code. She was very considerate and friendly and made my experience even better. Of course the char burger was good as usual too!

Love the Santa Barbara char since I prefer grilled sourdough over the bun. It comes with avocado too. The portions of the sides are pretty small. The tempura green beans are my favorite side; I had high hopes for the fried avocado wedges but those just aren't loved by any.

You will find two self-order kiosks here. You also have the option to order from the register which is great because the kiosks were malfunctioning today.

The place is spacious and clean, including the bathrooms. I usually order on the app and they have it ready on the dot. One bummer about the place is that they keep forgetting things like the grilled onions, a cup for a drink, or ketchup. I also find the size and consistency is not as good as Santa Clara or Campbell locations.

I got the tempura green beans and while other habit locations give a literal handful I got literally 8 pieces…... Even checked with the manager and she thought this was acceptable?

I do carry out and I have two pet peeves First their teriyaki burger always is a little different each time we order it. Too much sauce or not enough. A lot of lettuce to almost none. Second is that they always cook the fries or onion rings before the burgers and therefore always cold.

that was the smallest chicken club sandwich ever. I've been to 3 or 4 different Habits. This is by far the worst one

We visited for the first and last time this weekend. While the staff was great, we were disappointed in the burgers. Both were small and dry. Many other options for faster food burgers.

Excellent food! Burgers are BOMB!! inside is a bit noisy, outside seating is a bit limited but good.

My salad had a long hair,
Went back to return it.
They didn’t refund my money.
