Been here twice. Great food. You can order at the counter or at a little tablet that is super straight forward. New favorite for fast casual. I dig how the owner seems to be responding in this thread.

Service, meh. Burger, meh. Fries, meh. Chocolate milkshake, ok. Ordered using the tablet device. Picked a number. Picked my order. Very impersonal. Two folks working, cooking, stocking, cleaning, answering questions. I had the melt burger and think it lacked any seasoning. Not recommended for me.

Food was fresh and delicious but restaurant wasn't very clean. Tables not wiped, trash spilling over a bit gross.

I love this place and can't wait to go back. The food was excellent. A little on the pricy side but well worth it in my opinion. Give it a try. I think you'll love it as much as I do, if you love comfort food like I do.

Delicious, adorable cheesy goodness! There are little kiosks if you want to order from a screen (very convenient, no waiting in line). However, both times I made customizations to get the cheesy bacon fries without bacon (I'm vegetarian) on the screen, they still put bacon on. I had to get a new cheesy fries dish which was fine, but they forgot about it so 20 min later I asked if they had my new baconless fries and they scrambled to make it. They were very nice and accommodating. The wait was a little inconvenient.
