This restaurant prefers saving tables for large invisible group instead of small groups that have already showed up. The employee promised to give us one table after a group left but later when that table was cleared, he claimed that it should be for an incoming group of 5 and said we should wait for another table again because it has exactly 2 seats and the people there just checked out. Won’t come to this place ever again.

Highly recommend the beef and lamb skewers, I also like the mushrooms, chicken skin, fried sweet pork, squid tentacles, intestine's etc. Everything is pretty good

There is very little intestine in the spicy and sour noodle with pork intestine(as in the picture), which costs $15.00. The intestine quality is bad as well. I talked to the boss and her attitude is like “it has been always like this”. One star for the food and attitude.

This place is the worst, all the food they brought to our table was already cold. When I spoke to the waiter he said it must just be a cold night and the food went cold. If you take a seat outside they will forget about you!!! They refused to reheat or remake it. Then took forever bringer anything else. I asked to speak to a manager, or owner but they said they didn't have one on duty. (Not okay btw) Complete and utter trash. TRASH SERVICE, TRASH FOOD. SAVE YOUR MONEY! When I went in to cancel the rest of my food, I saw a cockroach . When I tried to take a picture they had an attitude with me trying to block my view. Horrible place don't bother.

Ever see a customer get yelled at for not leaving the amount of tip the waiter wanted? The tip is completely up to the customer. The waiter then decides to say that a minimum of 10% "is the law here." Sorry but there's no such law. Tip is dependent on service. No one pays tip for food--they pay tip depending on how good, or not goods, your service is. No service or bad service? No tip? Mediocre service? Maybe a little tip. Great service? Big tip! In case this is your first time in the hospitality industry, get a clue. Also, throwing things at your customer after they actually left you some tip is beyond stupid. What society did you grow up in? I feel sorry for the owners of this restaurant who have no idea that their wait staff is so completely disconnected from society and has an EQ level about zero.

Dined here on a workday night, we were the first customer. The food were very delicious and service was quick and good. Chicken skin and intestine were my favorites, they were both very crispy. The lamb and beef skewer were also very good. However the kidney was a little bit overcooked. Overall it was a great Chinese northern bbq place, would come again!
