Their ordering process is different than most boba tea shops.Pros: a very customizable modus operandi. You'll probably feel empowered getting your special drink of the day. :) It's made to order by friendly staff. Real human interactions. Quick service. Mostly organized and clean environment.Cons: If you have trouble reading those colorful various-fonted words, or are simply being fickle, God bless you and the staff who takes your order. ?You first pick cup size (24oz or 36oz), choose hot or cold, then tea type, milk, sweetness and topping. You can add up to three fruity flavors. There are certain toppings they don't carry such as puddings.I ordered a triple shot not knowing what it is, neither did the cashier, "A type of tea" is the answer I got. Can't taste any add-on flavors but the mango popping boba bursted happily in my mouth. Though it tasted a bit artificial, it was delightful enough.Seating is limited, only three tables inside. They should've added more both indoors and outdoors. Biz has been picked up comparing to plandemic era when sit-in wasn't allowed and it was depressing. Now fast forward four years later their overall social vibe is still lacking.Parking: Weird set-up of store entrance. It feels like entering the backside from parking lot. Crowded space during weekends.

Okay spot for tea! More like juice rather than tea but love the variation you can get ! Their signature combos are a good reference if you’re not sure what to

Great drinks and loved the option of customizing your own drink. Drinks were great and can't complain about it if its too sweet because you're the one that selects the levels!

I love this place, tea tastes good, staff is super friendly and gave me a free tea when they messed up my order. But most of the time I want tea is in the morning when they're closed, 11am is really late.

Super nice price ($2.5 for 12oz milk tea with boba)! Super nice service! Multiple flavors to choose from, I would recommend 0% sweetness.

I've been coming to Tpumps for a long time and have never been disappointed! We always love Tpump Tuesdays, where they will upgrade you to their HUGE size cup, the Pumpbo, for free! It's always super crowded on Tuesday nights because of this, but the orders and workers are super efficient, so we never wait more than about 15 minutes. You can choose from any of the flavors they have listed on the menu, and mix up to 3! Some require paying extra, as well as certain topping options, tea options, and milk options. Their prices are also super reasonable, with the Pumpbo being $5 on Tuesdays. However, with all the other options for boba in the Bay Area, and especially Cupertino, there isn't anything too special about them! When it boils down to it, it is just tea + syrups. I did try their "mini boba" the other day though, which is complimentary for now. It was exactly like sago, ifykyk! The store is decently sized, with only a couple couches for relaxing. However the parking lot gets really busy as it shares a space with Trader Joes and a few other retailers.

Loved the boba! I usually get an Almond Roka boba and it tastes amazing! Even though on weekdays the lines are pretty long, the line goes pretty fast and in a matter of minutes, you are waiting on the other side for your boba to come which takes abt a minute. If you are in the mood for a variety of options to choose from I'd recommend Tpumps!

When I first tried Tpumps years ago, I claimed it was my favorite boba tea. Now, with much more experience, I can't say the same. Their sizes are HUGE compared to other places. The tea tastes a little watered down. It's like having lipton tea vs. a premium english breakfast tea. If you know your tea, lipton is one of the worst teas out there! Anyway, Tpumps is not horrible but is not something to brag about. They have interesting flavor combinations, and it's priced very fairly compared to other boba shops. $5 for most tea combos, and that includes boba pearls. On Tuesday, you get a free upgrade to a huge size for the same price. The drinks are all VERY sweet. This is coming from someone who asks for extra cream and extra sugar everywhere I go for tea or coffee. I ask for light here, and honestly, I could use a little less than that, too! The lines are out the door on Tuesdays b/c of the free upgrade, but they make the drinks very fast. The rose/vanilla green tea is my favorite, and the pearls are pretty good here, too. It's worth a try!
