This place is one of the most underrated restaurants ever in the bay. The udon noodles are a little pricey and the menu doesn't have much variety but the food is one of a kind. Their udon is the best I've had anywhere in the city and is on the same level as those restaurants in Japan.
This was one of our favorite restaurants in the South Bay. Great for kids, and food was always spot on. We generally got the oxtail udon, shime saba, and the soy milk tsukemen. Sad to hear they’re converting to a ramen restaurant, had to make sure we went to the last day of their udon operation. Hope they keep some of the old menu or bring back some of the popular items!

so sad to hear that they're transitioning into a ramen shop because this is my husband's fav spot in the bay :( they said they'll have occasional udon pop-ups in the future so you know we'll be first in line to come back and reminisce!
