They close too early

the tea is extremely watered down, tastes like instant milk tea

This place has slowly become my go-to spot for tea shops around the area. They are always consistent with the quality of their drinks, and have really good service. While I live closer to the Palo Alto (Stanford Mall) location, this Cupertino location is still one I prefer on most days because of how friendly the staff always is.

The Vietnamese guy was amazing — such a great attitude! The drink he made was really good, too. I love how clean they keep the place. I’ll definitely come here more often since they have a dine-in area, unlike the one in Palo Alto.

Wait was super fast, system tries to force you to tip, tea was reasonably weak even with less sugar and less ice. Boba texture great though

The interior has an herbal shop vibe. Nice teas. Bathrooms are spacious, and fairly clean.
The exterior looks like a law office.

Made me a new tea after I accidentally dropped my tea on the ground and made a huge mess!

Tea was great as usual.

Tried out this Taiwanese milk tea shop and really enjoyed it. First time I had their barley milk tea with oatmeal topping definitely on the sweeter side (can’t remember what sugar level I ordered), but surprisingly tasty, especially with the oatmeal. Came back another time and tried the Tieguanyin milk tea with boba at 30% sugar wishing I went with 50% instead. Also got the sugar cane Jinxuan oolong at 30% and same thing, still good but probably would’ve been better at 50%.

That said, both drinks had a strong tea taste, which I really appreciate it actually feels like tea, not just dessert. The interior is nice and cozy, and even on a Saturday when it was packed with groups in front of us, the drinks came out pretty quickly. Big kudos to the baristas, especially one lady who was super kind and patient with kids picking up their orders.

Definitely a spot worth coming back to just remember to go a little higher on the sugar level if you like your tea balanced.

Drinks took a long time to come out and bathrooms were not as clean as expected for such a premier boba location

Great place super relaxing and fancy with nice couches and sittings. Boba was great and has wide verity that you don't see at other places.

Wow, this place is truly an authentic Taiwanese boba shop! My Taiwanese friend recommended it, and I’m so glad I went. The vibe is great, and the staff are super friendly. Most importantly, the house milk tea is rich and flavorful, and the pearls were some of the chewiest and tastiest I’ve had in a while. It’s not just about the drinks—the atmosphere is really nice too. The interior is thoughtfully designed, and the calm, quiet ambiance makes it a perfect spot to hang out and chat. I’m definitely going back. Highly recommend!
